Good Afternoon all, well its been a extremely busy week for me as I have been involved with not only one Blog Hop but two and the second I had to organize myself, and I was so thrilled when it launched today over on my No.1 blog this morning beautifully, the girls worked so hard and it started at 9 oclock and each one of them was spot on time. I just want to thank them for all their hard work in making the launch an outstanding success. Anyway todays card was created for this weeks Sugary Sundays "Glitter and Bows" Challenge but also for the Sugar Bowls Sketch Challenge. I have used this sweet image of a girl with a gingerbread man in her hand, Ive printed her on to white card then coloured her with my copic pens, afterwards I used Nestabilitie Die No.8 to cut her out and a Decorative Die to mount her on. The sentiment is one from my stash and has been treated in the same was as the image, Ive added glitter to both the image and the edge of the sentiment.
The base card is a 6"x 6" white card with a first mount of blue card, on this I have used Lili of the Valleys Christmas papers and they are both blue and white, the first a blue background with white snowflakes on and the second the opposite way round.
I then wrapped a piece of organza ribbon around the middle and attached it to the back of the first mount, the mounted image was then placed in the center with the sentiment at the bottom on the right, I have then created a large bow and stuck it to the left of the image, and the final flourish are the three glittered buttons in the two opposite corners.
