A Card for the Sugar Bowl and Sugary Sunday Challenges

Good Morning Everyone, well its sunny here but still extremely cold, when is Spring going to come? Im really fed up with this bone chilling cold, we are of swimming later on today I just hope the water is warm or I wont be staying there long.
Anyway for this weeks Challenge over on Sugary Sunday's Facebook Challenge they want to see "Spots and Stripes" and the Sugar Bowls one is a "Anything Goes" so Im hoping that my card covers both of these ok. The image is from Funky Kits and its a fabulous image for a young lad, Ive stamped him onto white card then used my copic pens to colour him, afterwards cut him out with my rotatrim and did the same with the red mount.
The base card is a 6"x 6" white card with a first mount of red card the papers I have used are from Donna's Bearlymine Designs "Simply Dots" and one from a Christmas Set for the stripes. Ive layered it as shown above and the sentiment is one from my stash which has also been stamped onto a piece of white card then mounted onto a piece of red card to.
This Card is to be entered in the following Challenges:-
