Good Morning Crafters, well it was pouring of rain when I awoke at 4am this morning but now at 12noon the sun is out and its looking a lot better, but weve been warned its not going to last and Im so fed up with this awful weather and Im sure you are to.
This Saturday one of my grandsons Joe is due for a operation this is to remove the pins that were inserted last July into his left arm to stabilize a bad break he had falling out of a tree, he will also has to have his skin craft scar tidied up as at the moment its not looking particularly nice more like raw meat than flesh and hes finding it to much to look at and is wearing a bandage over it so others cannot see it either.
So I created this card for him using a Whimsey Doodles image this was printed onto white card then coloured with my copic pens then I cut it out with my rotatrim and layered it up on a piece of blue card.
The base card is a 6"x 6" white card with a first layer of blue card and the papers are from Sweetshoppes "Bumps and Bruises" digi paper set. I have used two papers the first a sentiment one and the second a spot on. I then placed my mounted image in the center and across the bottom right hand corner I have put a peel off sentiment.

What a great image for your grandson. Hope all goes well for him. My eldest son had to have his arm pinned when he was a teenager. He broke his arm and it healed crooked beneath the plaster. So they had to operate and straighten it.
Thanks for sharing with us at Make It Monday this week.

Sandy
