I seem to be very lapse keeping up with my No.2 blog but I find that Im pretty busy with my No.1 blog that this one gets left behind at times, but I did create this card for this fortnights sketch challenge over on the Sugar Bowl and Ive used this sweet fairy image (stamp) from Funky Kits, isnt she a cutie? Ive coloured her with my copic pens then cut her out with my circle Nestabilitie Die then used some glitter on her wings (not to easy to see), then for the mount I have used one of the new Nestabilitie Die and this one is the "Resplendant Circle". The sentiment is one from my stash and has been mounted onto a piece of the same card as the mount for the image.
The base card is a 6"x 6" white card with a first mount of pink card, the papers I have used are from First Editions "Blank Canvas" paper pad this first paper has glitter flowers on it, and I have created the mounts in two of the papers and then layered it up as the sketch shows. The mounted image was then placed in the middle with the sentiment below. To finish of I have used four dew drops in the two opposite corners.

A Card for this weeks Sugary Sunday and Sugar Bowl Challenges
Good Afternoon Everyone, I am really naughty ignoring my No.2 blog but at the moment Im not doing much better on my No.1 blog either, its probably because Ive been busy catching up with my DT work again, Cards for Men is up and running again on Monday and I had to create a card for that so thats been keeping me busy. Anyway I thought for a treat I would show you my card for this fortnights Sugar Bowl Sketch and the Sugary Sunday Challenges, its one of these cute fairies stamps and Ive coloured her with my copic pens, then used a circle Nestabilitie Die to cut her out, Ive also used a larger one for the mount. The sentiment is one of the Stampin Up stamps.
The base card is a 6"x 6" white card with a first mount of blue card, the papers I have used are from First Editions "Blank Canvas" paper pad, and Ive used four papers for the sketch and used my distress edge thing around the edges of most of them, Ive also wrapped a ribbon around the middle and attached it to the back.
The card was created using the sketch and to finish of I have placed a triple ribbon bow in the top left hand corner.

A Card for the Sugar Bowl and Sundays with Santa Challenges
Good Morning Everyone, well the sun is trying to come out and its dry, but by gum the temperature seems to have gone down, do you think Autumn is on its way? I wouldnt be at all surprise that we dont have a cold winter but I do hope not.
Anyway todays card has been created for the Sugar Bowl Sketch and the Sundays with Santa's "Flowers" Challenges, and I have used this sweet image from Funky Kits and Ive stamped her onto white card then used my copic pens to colour her, afterwards I used Nestabilitie Die Labels 23 to cut her out then drew around her to create the mount.
The base card is a 6"x 6" white card with a first mount of red card, and the two papers I have used are from Donna of Bearlymine Designs new Christmas paper set, they are both with red and pink backgrounds with snowflakes of various sizes on them. These were laid as the sketch requires, and the mounted image was then positioned in the centre.
The sentiment is one from my stash, and to finish of I have placed three poinsetta flowers in the top left hand corner.

My 6th sample project for Sarahs brand new CD
For this sample I decided to do something different, I had a heart shaped box and with the backing papers and then used one of the beautiful toppers on the top, I also used two rows of lace around the edge of the lid. I also cut out with my dies the swirls that were arranged around the topper. And the final flourish is the flower spray in the top left hand corner, this was created with several different flower sprays and stuck to the box with silicone glue.
This is the final sample for Sarah, she has two preview programes on Create and Craft next Tuesday I do hope you will watch and see what she has on offer, her CDs are just gorgeous and a pleasure to play with. If you would like to see my 5th sample you will find it on my No.1 blog and you will find it here. I do hope youve enjoyed seeing my samples.
