A Card for the Lovely hAnglar Challenge "Dots"

Good Morning all, well the sun is out and the wind has dropped so thats a relief, not sure if its going to last but we are of swimming in about 30 mins so I must pull all the stops out and get a move on. Anyway todays card has been created for Lovely hAnglars "Dots" Challenge, and Ive used this little sweetie for my image, Ive coloured her with my copic and tria pens before using an oval Nestabilitie Die to cut her out, the mount is the Eyelet Oval and Ive used red card for this. The sentiment is one from my stash and this has also been mounted onto red card.
The base card is a 6"x 6" white card with a first mount of red card and then one of three papers from Donna's Bearlymine Designs "Dots" digi download set, the first is a red background with white dots then on top of this I have layered up a further two papers in yellow and beige, both of these has been punched along both edges with a dot border punch from Martha Steward. On top of this is a yet another piece of the red card thats been put through my cuttlebug with a dotty background and then laid across the middle of the two papers.
I then used a needle and thread to draw up an strip of organza ribbon then stuck it down across the middle of the embossed strip with yet another red spotted ribbon wrapped around the middle. I then positioned my mounted image in the middle with the sentiment at the bottom on the right. To finish of I used yet another piece of the red card and cut a swirl out this one was from the Doo Hickeys dies, and to finally finish Ive cut three Marianne Die flowers with some left over papers and rolled them before sticking them to my card on top of some punched out leaves with some silicone glue.

A Card for Sir Stampalot and Cute Card Thursday Challenges

Good Afternoon Ladies, I meant to post this card tomorrow but we are of to do our monthly shop and as it takes about four hours all around Im not sure I will get much time to post it till late in the day, so here we go Im taking the bull by the horns and will post it today instead.  The card has been created for two Challenges Sir Stampalots "All Creatures Great and Small, and Cute Card Thursday's "Banish the Blues" Challenges. This is one of the Penny Black stamps isnt she absolutely gorgeous Ive stamped her onto white card and coloured her with my copic Pens, I then used the Nestabilitie Labels Die No.17 and then I drew around the die to create the mount for it. The sentiment is one I created on my computer and printed it onto white card before cutting it our with my rotatrim and used a punch to round the corners.
The base card is a 6"x 6" white card with a first mount of pink pearlescent card and one of three beautiful papers from the new First Edition Sweet Owl Paper/Card pack, the first paper is a very pretty pattern on a white background of owls and flowers, the second is a beige paper with a pink glittery leaf pattern on, and the third is another of the white backgrounds but with an owl on a toadstool pattern these two papers have had the bird border punch used on it down the edge then layered up on top of the first layer.
Across the centre Ive wrapped a piece of lace and pink satin ribbon and attached to the back of the first mount, and then positioned my mounted image to the right at the top and my sentiment at the bottom on the left hand side. To finish of Ive created a flower with the Doo Hickey flower dies, with a brad through the middle and a small rose stuck on top, these were then stuck to my card with some punched out leaves in the top left hand corner.
