A couple of weeks ago we went to our favourite Garden Center in Raglan and as hubby had a voucher we put it towards this stunning Patio Rose, in fact I nearly missed it on the table as the other roses were yellow and white and this one was tucked at the back, but Im so glad that I did as its just stunning its called Designer Sunset and from the shot pinky red on the end of the petals its not surprising it got that name. Its also smells lovely to,
Its been a long time dream of mine to have white peonies in my garden, and I have bought several plants without success, I dont have a problem with the red ones but white has been elusive up until the last couple of years, last year I had one flower and this year I have at least two and hopefully four more, Im so thrilled at this I just had to show you them.

A Card for Sundays with Santa Facebook Challenge
Good Morning Crafters, this weeks theme over on Facebooks Sundays with Santa Challenges is "For than one Fold" and I had to give it some thought as to what I would create as there are quite a few different folded cards old there, and this is the one I came up with a double fronted folded card.
I have used Sue Wilsons strip die and cut it out twice. I then mounted it onto red card that had glitter added to on double sided sheets, and my diecut panels was then mounted on top with foam.
The base card is a 8"x 8" white card with a first mount (inside) of red card and then I printed a verse on to white card and placed it on top of the red first mount.
I then placed the two front panels on the two sides and placed two poinsetta flowers that I had left from my last card and a red pearl was popped int the centers of both.
This Card is to be entered in the following Challenges:-

A Card using the ArtbyMiran Image
Good Morning Crafters, well I discovered on Saturday that I had won three digi images by ArtbyMiran and also found out that she runs a challenge over on Facebook and this is the image which you can buy at a discount to create the card for it.
This image is called "Bubbles" for the obvious reason and I printed her onto smooth white card before colouring her with my copic pens, I then cut her out with my rotatrim and mounted her onto blue card for the mount. The sentiment is one from my stash and has been stamped and mounted in the same way as the image.
The base card is a 7"x 7" white card with a first mount out of blue card the papers I have used are from Sweetshoppe Designs and this set are called "All Wet" mind you I stupidly went a bought it again as I couldnt find it in my folder but the total wasnt £5.00 so I suppose it wasnt wasted really but how stupid can you get. I have used four of the papers and two of them have bubbles on them the first layer and the second which has had a Martha Stewart border punch used on it, the third paper is rings and the fourth spots which I though finished it of.
The mounted image was placed in the middle towards the top with the sentiment in the bottom right hand corner, and the final flourish are the 6 dew drops in the top two corners.

Crafters Companion "Flights of Fantasy" Card
Good Morning Crafters, Ive been playing with images from the new "Flights of Fancy" CD from Crafters Companion and thought you might like to see the result. I printed this beautiful image onto white card then used my copic pens to colour it.
Afterwards I used a Nestabilitie Labels Die to cut it out and a fancy one for the mount. I also used the same die set for the sentiment.
The base card is a 7"x 7" white card with a first mount out of mauve card, the papers are also from the same CD and I have used three of the designs, the first one is a mauve all over one and the second is a butterfly one and the third which I took into the colour changer on the cd and make it into a pink colour, I have used a Martha Steward Butterfly border punch on these and layered them up as shown. Then down the middle I have used a hemp ribbon with a lace border and a pink satin ribbon on top.
To finish of I have used 6 mauve pearls and put three at the top on the right and the other three on the bottom on the left.

A Thank you Card with the new Blazing Poppies from Heartfelt
Good Morning Crafters, I was lucky enough to receive my new Heartfelt Stamps and Dies at the weekend, and of course I had to have a play. And as I have to thank a dear friend for looking after our dog while I attend a Hospital
this afternoon I felt I ought to get on and create a card and as she loves Poppies I thought these would be ideal.
I stamped the corner twice to create a square design and coloured it with my copic pens, the flowers were also stamped on to white card and coloured with inkpads and cut out with the die that comes with the whole set.
I hope you like the result.

A third Card from the Heartfelt Fushsia range of Stamps
Good Morning Crafters, well the weather today doesnt know what it wants to do, one minute its strong sunshine with a very blue sky the next its dull and threatening rain, I do wish it would make its mind up Im just sick of the changeable days arnt you?
Todays card is a third one of mine using the new Fushsia range from Heartfelt Designs, Im so looking forward to their new one its called Blazing Poppies and if its anything like this range it should be brilliant.
I love Fushsia and have quite a few growing in my garden but this one in the photo is a rather large one and so far Ive not been that lucky to get one that big in my garden. Anyway I stamped the image onto white card then used my copic pens to colour it.
Afterwards I cut it out with the grand circle dies and used a fancy one for the mount out of red card.
The papers are from the Heartfelt Fushsia range as well and its just the one and I have also used the lattice oval out of white card underneath the circle which was placed towards the left of the card. I did wrap a piece of red ribbon (from my own stash) around the middle and the last thing is the sentiment which is also from the same design set and placed it on a piece of left over red card and popped in the bottom right hand corner.
This Card is to be entered in the following Challenges:-
