A Card for the ArtbyMiran Facebook and Challenge Blog

Good Morning Crafters, I thought you might like to my card I created for this months Facebook Challenge for ArtbyMiran, and this is a reserved image and I printed it onto white card then used my copic pens to colour it. Afterwards I used a Nestabilitie Die to cut her out and a fancy one for the mount and before mounting her I used glitter on all the white ruffles on her dress and hat. The sentiment was also done by stamping onto white card then using a label die from Spellbinders to cut it out and a fancy one for the mount.
The base card is a 6.50"x 6.50" white card with a first mount out of red card, the first layer is a sheet of Vintage Christmas papers from Phil Martin, and then on top I have cut out a similar size piece of white card and the Memory Box corner dies and used them on all four of the corners as you can see in the photo.
I then placed my mounted image on top in the center with the sentiment down the right hand side, it seems to have slightly moved. I also used some dazzlers down the left hand side just to finish it off.

A Card for Facebook

Good Morning Crafters this weeks theme over on Facebook is "Shades of Red" and I created this card mind you with a idea from Sue Wilson and it was quite tricky.
The base card is a 7.50"x 6.00" and its layered up with a white first layer which has been pierced and then the next layer is a embossed "Poinsettia" folder and laid on top
The Poinsettia striplet has been cut then layered up on a piece of white and then red card, the flowers you can see where created with a glitter glue which was layed in the petals of the diecut layer, I must admit I then cut another top layer and put it on top to cover up any smudges.
This was then placed down the left side, and I fold some pearl sprays and layed them as shown, And then diecut two poinsettias out of red card and moulded and layered up as shown, I then placed them on top of some white seam binding ribbon and thin red ribbon which were tied into a bow.

Yet another month has flown by and we have reached our 4th "Anything Goes" Challenge over on Hazels Craftyhazelnuts Paper Patterned Challenge and we are so lucky to be able to choose what sort of card we wish to enter (and you do to) but YOU MUST MAKE SURE ITS ON PATTERNED PAPER so that isnt a problem is it? And if your anything like me you have boxes of it so its lovely to be able to use it up in such a wonderful way.
As always Hazel has a fabulous prize for you

I cannot believe that Im already writing up my 4th Challenge for Hazel and so much has happened in the last month, my new great grandson arrived safely on the 15th September and is settling down with his family really well and luckily his big brother is really happy to have him, lets hope it lasts you know what its like having a younger sibling.
Anyway as you are probably are aware Im very fond of Heartfelt Stamps, dies and papers and I have used them yet again for this months card I do hope you like the result.

I stamped the main image onto white card then used my copic pens and this set is called "Autumn Harvest" and felt it was just right for this time of year as the evenings are drawing in and the weather no doubt before long will change though as Im writing this its gorgeous and Im experiencing a Indian Summer, long might it last Im not a winter person Im afraid.
I also used the bottles stamp and coloured this with copic pens to and then used the die to cut it out, also did the same with the vine stamp.
The main base is a 6.50"x 6.50" white card with a first mount out of green card and the papers are also from the same stamp and die set and then placed my mounted image in the center with the bottles in the bottom left hand corner, and the sentiment which also came from the same stamp set in the bottom right hand corner.
Now that youve seen my card I do hope that you will pay a visit to the Crafty Hazelnuts Pattern Paper Challenge Blogspot and see the rest of the very talented Design Team have created for your inspiration and hopefully you to will want to take part in this "Anything Goes" Challenge, dont forget you must use a Patterned Paper on your card to be eligible to take part.
