A Card for Through the Craft Door Facebook Page
This last weekend I was lucky enough to be allowed to download this gorgeous "Wild Roses" image from "Through the Craft Door" Facebook page, and I have to admit that roses are one of those flowers I love and so did my mum, whose favourite colour was a deep deep red one, and she would plant whole beds of them in her garden, and she also love the scent of them to, I can if I shut my eyes see her bending over the flowers and drinking in the smell of them. She also love to collect pictures of them to, and my dad would bring her home calendars that were full of the pictures and then frame them for her.
So you can imagine that this image bought lovely memories back for me, and I was also extremely lucky to receive from a very dear friend of mine in Guernsey a rose bush out of the blue and this one also is a deep red so Im so looking forward to seeing it come into bloom.
I think I had better get back to explaining what I have done, I printed the image onto white card then used my copic pens to colour it, afterwards I used a square Nestabilitie die to cut it out and Art Nouveau one for the mount out of red card.
The actual card is a 7.50"x 7.50" white card with a first mount out of red card the papers are from SweetShoppe Designs and I have use three of the papers and layered them up as shown. I also used a ribbon which is just shown in the left hand corner above the pink paper and below the top multi green mount. I then placed my mounted image towards the top in the center with the sentiment down below towards the right hand corner. To finish of I have used some Nuvo Pearl drops in all four courners.

A Card for Facebooks Sundays with Santa Challenge
Good Morning Crafters, well you can tell me off I know Ive not been the most prolific poster of cards but as Ive been busy with looking after the neighbour its not been possible for me to do much in the way of crafting, hopefully now that shes in hospital I might be able to catch up with myself and this card Ive posted today is the start of it.
This is a Heartfelt Xmas image and to be honest I have not inked it up before and this was the theme for last weeks challenge over on SWS and I thought it would make a nice Xmas card and Im so glad I have used it.
I stamped it onto white card then used my copic pens to colour it plus some metallic pens in gold and silver. I then used my rotatrim to cut it out and mounted it onto a piece of gold card.
The base card is a 6.50"x 6.50" card and I have used two papers from one of my Sweetshoppe Digi paper set, and Ive used play background and a green one on both there is a design of holly leaves. I then used more gold card as the first mount and the papers were cut in halve and then a piece of red ribbon around the middle.

A Card using the ArtbyMiran Image
Good Morning Crafters, well I discovered on Saturday that I had won three digi images by ArtbyMiran and also found out that she runs a challenge over on Facebook and this is the image which you can buy at a discount to create the card for it.
This image is called "Bubbles" for the obvious reason and I printed her onto smooth white card before colouring her with my copic pens, I then cut her out with my rotatrim and mounted her onto blue card for the mount. The sentiment is one from my stash and has been stamped and mounted in the same way as the image.
The base card is a 7"x 7" white card with a first mount out of blue card the papers I have used are from Sweetshoppe Designs and this set are called "All Wet" mind you I stupidly went a bought it again as I couldnt find it in my folder but the total wasnt £5.00 so I suppose it wasnt wasted really but how stupid can you get. I have used four of the papers and two of them have bubbles on them the first layer and the second which has had a Martha Stewart border punch used on it, the third paper is rings and the fourth spots which I though finished it of.
The mounted image was placed in the middle towards the top with the sentiment in the bottom right hand corner, and the final flourish are the 6 dew drops in the top two corners.

Another of the new Images from Pink Gem Designs
Good Morning All, this is the second card I created with the brand new Emma images from Pink Gem Designs this one is "Emma Shopping" and you will find her here, dont you just love her, mind you I nearly didnt get to use her because I had a huge blob of Ell that dropped on her head and luckily because I used this oval die from Nestabilitie I was able to cut that part away. I have printed her onto white card then coloured her with my copic pens.
The die cuts are Nestabilitie Grand Oval Dies, and the sentiment is also another of their dies and the sentiment is a new one from Crafters Companion which I thought went well with my image.
The base card is a 6.50"x 6.50" white card with a first mount of beige card, and the papers are from Sweetshoppes "Retail Therapy" and I have used two of the papers for the card and the rest for the flower which was created with the new flower system from Marion Smith I used the dies as well as the special tool that comes with them.
The bottom die cut is from Cottage Cutz and was cut from some of the beige card and placed across the bottom. I also used a two sided gold and brown ribbon down the card.

Anyway todays card has been made using one of the Funky Kits images and she is just gorgeous with her punch of Daffodils and I have printed her onto white card then used my copic pens to colour her, afterwards I used Nestabilitie Labels Die No.4 to cut her out and a fancy one for the mount. The sentiment is one of the Little Darlings one and this has been mounted onto another piece of yellow card.
The base card is a 6"x 6" white card with a first mount of yellow card, the papers are from the Sweetshoppe Digi "The Yellow Brick Road" paper set, and I have used three papers and on two I have used the Tulip border punch from Martha Stewart.
I then used a embossing folder on a strip of green card and placed it along the middle and the mounted image was then placed on top with the sentiment down below in the right hand corner.
This Card is to be entered in the following Challenges:-

A Card for Aurora Wings "Shades of Green" Facebook Challenge
Good Morning Crafters, well its a really beautiful start here in Gloucestershire the sun is out and although its a bit chilly its dry and looking good, hubby is trying to dry out his shed so lets hope the weather stays that way and starts to do its job.
Anyway todays card was created for this months "Shades of Green" Challenge and for this I have used Mermaid with ribbons and I printed her onto white card and coloured her with my copic pens, afterwards I used Nestabilitie Labels Die No.4 to cut her out and a fancy one for the mount out of green pearlescent card.
The main card is a 7"x 7" white card and the first mount is again of the same green pearlescent card, and the papers are from Sweetshoppes "Cool Colours" digi paper set. I have used four papers of different shades of green, and with three of them I have reduced the size and used a Martha Stewart border punch on them and layered them up across the middle, then wrapped two ribbons around the middle and attached them to the back of the first mount.

A Card using one of the beautiful Aurora Wings Images
Good Afternoon All, well guess what is dry and cloudy so I suppose it wont be long before it starting raining yet again, I dont know about you but Im really cheesed of with it all, though my daffs are starting to bud up so maybe we will get Spring a little earlier than last year keep your fingers crossed we might be lucky.
Yesterday at last my dear grandson Joe eventually got his operation to have his pins removed from his arm, you might remember he had a terrible accident last July and it was touch and go as to whether they would save his arm but hes been really lucky and its doing well though Joe wasnt to happy with the skin craft as it was rather ugly and looked liked raw meat. They have supposed to have tidied it up for him and Im sure anything will be better than what it was and might give Joe the confidence to leave of the bandage he had kept on it since it healed. Here he is just after his op.

Hes such a commando type boy so I suppose it wont be long before hes upto climbing yet again and I just hope hes more careful about falling out of trees, or at least I sincerely hope so. Anyway todays card has been created using the gorgeous Aurora Wings Images and I have printed her onto white card then used my copic pens to colour it, afterwards I used a oval die to cut it out and a fancy one for the mount.
The base card is a 7"x 7" white card with a first mount of Aquarmine blue card and the papers are from the Sweetshoppe Designs Digi Paper Set, "A Year of Firsts" and I have used two papers and layered them up, then used Tattered Lace Chantilly Lace Heart Corners in two opposite ones, and then placed the mounted image in the center, then to finish of I have placed three roses in the bottom left hand corner and in the top right hand corner I have placed 5 pearls down the two sides.
