The Sugar Bowl Challenge - "A Sketch"

Good Afternoon All, well Ive eventually got around to creating a card for this blog though Im not totally happy with the results, mainly because I probably have used the wrong dps with it, but its done now and theres not a lot I can do about it. Ive used this Sassy Girl for my card and coloured her with my copics and tria pens before cutting out with my rotatrim and mounting it onto a piece of pink pearlescent card, the sentiment is one of the CC ones thats been mounted in the same way as the image.
The base card is a 6"x 6" white card with my first mount of pink card then on top is a paper from the Kate Knight Freebie pack that I got with one of my craft magazines, its a dark pink background with flowers on, the second is a greenie blue background with more of the same sort of flowers on, this I have put through my cuttlebug with one of the Cherry Lynn Doily dies, then on top is the third paper a dark blue one with yet more flowers on.
The across the middle is a strip of lace which has been attached to the back of the first mount and then a strip of seam binding with a bow on the right handside. I then positioned my mounted image in the centre with the sentiment at the bottom on the right hand side.
This card is to be entered in the following Challenges:-

Your card is really cute. Thanks for linking up to the Pixies challenge, unfortunately, the challenge does ask for a Pixie Dust image.

Beautiful card Shirley.
I love this balloon girl stamp and your papers are so pretty.
I am so sorry I've not been around much for the last few weeks, nothing exciting just too much work that's eating into my crafting and blogging time.

Take care sweetheart
Love Elaine xx
