More Cards for the Inspirational Pink Gem Designs Blog

Good Morning Crafters, I did promise to show the other two cards I managed to get created over the weekend, I have been so busy lately that I have rather neglected my No.2 blog and Im going to be missing for another week as I have my two grandsons coming to stay for a holiday, so you can image I get turfed out of my Craft Room and I am unable to make anything till they go back home.
Anyway these two pre-made cards are from Pink Gem Designs and you will find them here on their  website.
I have used two designs of Chloe, the first is on the beach and the second is of Chloe in a window with her cat. I printed them onto card then cut them out and layered them up, easy and so quick that it only takes probably 30 mins to create one.
I do hope that you will pay a visit to Janets Pink Gem Designs website and see for yourself what gorgeous images she has to sell you.

Cards for Pink Gem Inspirations Blog

Good Morning Crafters, yesterday I spend the day creating four cards with the new Pink Gem Designs Pre-made cards and I have chosen the two with Andy to show you today. The top one is just a beach hut and I have added Andy from another of Janets images just to give it more depth. Your will find the images here.
The second card is a complete design and I printed then cut it out, decoupaged it up and then added the sentiment which was one of several which come with the design. You will find him here.
I hope you like them will blog the other two cards in the next couple of days.

Another card for the Aurora Wings "Christmas in July" Facebook Challenge

Good Morning Crafters, yes I know its early to be creating Christmas Cards but I hope you will forgive me as its a theme for the months Facebook Challenge over on the Aurora Wings Page, I have used this sweet Christmas Fairy for my card and I printed her onto white card then used my copic pens to colour her, I then used the Nestabilitie Grand Oval die to cut her out and then added glitter to her wings and collar and cuffs, just to add texture.
The Sentiment is one from my stash thats been stamped onto white card and mounted onto a piece of red card. The base card is a 6.50"x 6.50" white card with a first mount of red card and the papers I have used are from the First Edition Christmas papers the first is a red background with snowflakes, and the second is a what background with red sentiments on, and the third is a smaller snowflake on a red background.
I then placed my mounted image in the center and the sentiment is placed in the bottom right hand corner. I then used a Memory box Precious Bell die and cut two different sized bells and these were placed down the left hand corner, and to finish of I have used a red rose with four buds in the top left hand corner on top of some punched out leaves fixed to the corner with silicone glue.

A Card for Aurora Wings "Christmas in July" Facebook Challenge

Good Afternoon Crafters, well this is the end result of my attempt to use the Wink of Stella Glitter and Luna Metallic pens to colour this image, which is "Holly Sprite" from Aurora Wings and Im not totally sure of the result myself, but anyway I thought as Id got this far I would create a card with the image.
The image was printed onto white card and I coloured the skin with my copics and the rest with my Wink of Stella pens, I then used Nestabilitie Labels Die No.11 cut her out and then drew around the die to create the mount out of red card, I then cut it out with my scissors.
The base card is a 6"x 6" white card with a first mount of red card, the papers are from two of my pads in my stash, both of them have holly sprigs on them, the first is on the base mount and the second is a 5"x 5" piece of a smaller holly sprig on it and I then used my holly corner and border punches from Martha Stewart.
Then around the middle I have wrapped a piece of red ribbon which has holly leaves on it, I then placed my mounted image in the middle. To finish of I have used some punched out holly leaves and stuck some holly hips which have been then stuck in some silicone glue and placed in the top left hand corner.
