Another card for the Aurora Wings "Christmas in July" Facebook Challenge

Good Morning Crafters, yes I know its early to be creating Christmas Cards but I hope you will forgive me as its a theme for the months Facebook Challenge over on the Aurora Wings Page, I have used this sweet Christmas Fairy for my card and I printed her onto white card then used my copic pens to colour her, I then used the Nestabilitie Grand Oval die to cut her out and then added glitter to her wings and collar and cuffs, just to add texture.
The Sentiment is one from my stash thats been stamped onto white card and mounted onto a piece of red card. The base card is a 6.50"x 6.50" white card with a first mount of red card and the papers I have used are from the First Edition Christmas papers the first is a red background with snowflakes, and the second is a what background with red sentiments on, and the third is a smaller snowflake on a red background.
I then placed my mounted image in the center and the sentiment is placed in the bottom right hand corner. I then used a Memory box Precious Bell die and cut two different sized bells and these were placed down the left hand corner, and to finish of I have used a red rose with four buds in the top left hand corner on top of some punched out leaves fixed to the corner with silicone glue.

Oh well perhaps my card will bring a bit of sunshine into your lives, this image is one of the 6 new "Return to Fairy Glen" stamps and I have used this sweet image for my card, isnt she cute.
Ive stamped her onto white card then used my copic pens to colour her, afterwards I used Nestabilitie Labels Die No.4 and a decorative one for the mount. The sentiment has been stuck on a La La Land folded banner die.

A Card for Just Magnolia's Sketch Challenge

Good Morning All, its been awhile since I used any of my Tilda Stamps and I thought for a change I would give them an airing, this is one of the new ones and she has a cuddly blanket and sucking her thumb, this so reminds me of my middle daughter Sarah as even at 45 she still has a crafty suck of her thumb when shes stressed, not really a good model for her 4 children but I suppose with teenagers its enough to make you want to stuck your thumb, Ive stamped her onto white card then used my copic pens to colour her, afterwards I used a square Nestabilitie die to cut her out, the image was then mounted on a heart square from Spellbinders. The sentiment is yet another of my stash ones and has been mounted on the same pink card.
The base card is a 6"x 6" white card with a first mount of pink card and Ive used 3 papers from First Editions "Dreamcatcher" paper pad, the first a cream background with pink butterflies on, for my second I have used a deep purple piece that has lots of flowers and more butterflies on it, and the third is another cream background with a pink chain pattern on.

A Card for the House Mouse & Friends Challenge

Good Morning Ladies, wow I bet your saying shes actually got her post done early, actually the card was done last night and I just needed to take some photos. Anyway as hubby is doing a bit of extra volunteering today I thought Id make an early start and get this card posted on my No.2 blog, this is for the House Mouse and Friends "Multi Fold" Challenge, and Ive created a twisted easel one for this. Now I know you are probably saying it looks difficult but I can assure you it isnt, instead of folding the front cover straight across you fold it from corner to corner instead, you do have to be careful afterwards when folding down the front card as it will twist and lay at an angle to the inside but its a piece of cake so do have a try.
The image has been stamped onto white card then Ive used my copic pens to colour it after which I used the Nestabilitie Die Label No.17 to cut it out, then used the die to draw around on another piece of card for the mount. The sentiment is one I found on the internet while googling "Flying Sayings" they are quite a good source of different ones.
The base card is a 6"x 6" white card with a first mount of orange pearlescent card, I have also used the same card for the inside, the two papers Ive used are from the First Editions "Bloom and Grow" set, a pretty leaf pattern for my first paper on a white/cream background, the second is a piece of the green paper with a yellow leaf pattern on but I cut the front cover in a square and used the leaf all around border punch and corner set by Martha Stewart for this one, and for the inside I used a strip and have just done the two edges. The third mount is just off cuts of the first paper thats been turned over (its a double sided paper) this has a orange background with spots on, these were stuck across both the inside and out on some of the left over orange card, then across the middle of both I have wrapped a wide orange satin ribbon around and attached it to the back.
On the inside I have put my sentiment, and on the front my mounted image, to finish of I used five orange roses of different sizes and colours with punched out leaves to create a spray in the top left hand corner and stuck to my card with silicone glue.

The base card is a 6"x 6" white card with a first mount of blue card and one of two papers from First Edition Animal Antics paper pad, and the first paper is a white base with butterflies and flowers on, the second one is another white paper with blue, orange and green flowers on. Across the card Ive wrapped a blue lace strip and a satin ribbon down the edge.
