Good Morning Crafters, Ive had the most busy weekend that I can remember, I decided to sell some of my stamps on Crafty Sellars Facebook page and it all went crazy, all though its a wonderful thing to happen its also very stressful making sure all the stamp sets went to the right person and of course poor hubby rushed of to post them this morning. And then I had my monthly shop as well so Im relieved to have a few hours to myself and on Saturday I eventually managed to finish of two cards that I had started last week and this is one of them, hes called "Josh with Dinosaurs" and you will find him here, and I printed him onto white card then coloured him with my copic pens.
I then cut him out with my Nestabilitie Die Labels 17 and then drew around the die to create the mount for it out of blue card. The sentiment was also cut out some more of the blue card and its one of the Dienamics banner dies.
The base card is a 6"x 6" white card with a first mount of blue card, and the papers are from the "Fabsaurus" digi paper set and you will find them here, and this is also from Pink Gem Designs and I have used two papers for this card, the first is a all over dinosaur design and the second is a flower and leaf design and I have used EK Success Dinosaur border punch, and then around the middle is a dinosaur ribbon and attached to the back of the first mount.
The mounted image was placed in the middle and the sentiment is placed in the bottom right hand corner. And the final flourish is the 4 candi buttons placed in two opposite corners.

Good Evening Crafters, yes it is me again and I have been busy over the last couple of days Ive made 3 cards but only two will be posted as the other is a DT card and Im afraid you will have to wait another week before seeing it. Anyway todays card is for the Sugar Bowls "Bring out your bling" I thought I would use one of my first stamps from Sugar Nellie, and Ive a feeling this would be one of the original ones and I dont even know at this moment what is is called, but its such a sweet image and I have stamped her onto white card then used by copic pens to colour her. Afterwards I have used one of the Nestabilitie Labels die to cut her out and a fancy one for the mount.
The main card is a 6"x 6" white card with a first mount of blue card, the papers I have used are from Sweethshoppe's Digi paper set "Polar Pals" and the first one a white background with snowflakes of several colours, the second is a red background with flowers on and I have used a deep border punch on this one, the third is a blue paper and this was stuck to another piece of the blue card.
The mounted image was then placed in the middle and a sentiment was then placed across the bottom right hand corner on a banner die cut. To finish of I have sued some of the left over papers to create the three rolled flowers in the top left hand corner.

A Card for the Sugar Bowl and Sugary Sunday Challenges
Good Morning Crafters, well Im really cheesed of with the weather its been pouring with rain all night and it was coming down so heavy it woke me up at 5am and of course there was no way I was going to be able to get back to sleep so I rather gave up trying and before you knew it, it was 7am and time to wake up anyway.
Im a little dissappointed with the pumpkins on this card as the ink wasnt as dark as I thought it was, it was probably the fact that I used a light to take the photo but they did look a lot darker originally than they do now. Anyway this is a Saturated Canary image from Sugar Nellie and I have printed her onto white card then used my copic pens to colour her, afterwards I used a Nestabilitie Die to cut her out and inked around the edge, then placed it onto a mount of black card.
The base card is a 6"x 6" white card with a first mount of black card and I have used yet more of the Sweethshoppe papers this set is called "Spider Cider" and the first paper in orange has black spiders on it, the second is a black damask pattern and I have cut a 5" square then used my spider border and corner punch on it. I then placed this on top of the bottom layer.
I then stuck my mounted image towards the left and the overlay die cut is from Memory Box and this stuck down over the mounted image. Then down the right hand side I cut three pumpkins from Die-namics and I also used their stamps on top, I realise now I probably should have used orange card instead of white, but you can just see the patterns on them, sorry about that.
To finish of I have used the left over diecut from the middle of the overlay with a sentiment from my stash and positioned it across the bottom right hand corner. Then to finish of I have used two halloween charms one of the overlay and one on the pumpkin.

My first La La Land Card
Good Morning Crafters, well here in Gloucestershire its raining and its cloudy, hubby tells me its also quite cold but then he says it all the time so as Ive not been outside I cant be sure if it is or it isnt. Well todays card has been created with on of my La La Land Steampunk images, this one is a digi image and probably come out bigger than the stamp image, but Ive printed her onto white card then used my copic pens to colour her.
Afterwards I used my circle Nestabilitie Die to cut her out and a Cog Nestabilitie Die for the mount, before sticking her to the mount I have used some sepia ink and distressed it around the edges.
The base card is a 6"x 6" white card with a first mount of brown card, the papers I have chosen to use are also from La La Land and this set is called Steampunk to, the first paper is a brown background with several different shades of cogs on it, and the second is a cog with wings design that I have pleated and then stuck it to the base mount.
The mounted image was then placed on top of them and down the bottom I have used the Dienamics cog diecuts, and in the opposite corner I have used Tim Holtz metal die embellishments. To finish of I have used the dianamics flag banner die and stamps for the sentiment which I have just stuck behind the top of the image.

A Card using one of the new Sugar Nellie Fairy Stamps
Good Morning Crafters, I knew I should have said anything yesterday as guess what is pouring with rain today, so the lovely weather didnt last very long did it? Oh well perhaps my card will bring a bit of sunshine into your lives, this image is one of the 6 new "Return to Fairy Glen" stamps and I have used this sweet image for my card, isnt she cute.
Ive stamped her onto white card then used my copic pens to colour her, afterwards I used Nestabilitie Labels Die No.4 and a decorative one for the mount. The sentiment has been stuck on a La La Land folded banner die.
The base card is a 6.50"x 6.50" white card with a first mount of dark mauve card, the papers I have used are from First Editions "New Bloom" paper pad, the first a cream background with diamonds on, the second a doily pattern with glitter on it, and the third a reverse of the first one with a mauve background with cream diamonds on it.
Ive layered them up as shown and then wrapped a piece of lace with ribbon threaded through the middle and attached it to the back of the first mount. The mounted image was then placed towards the left on top of a circle of spiders web, then I placed the sentiment at the bottom on the right and the last thing is the flourish from Die-namics thats been stuck down the right side of the card and three punched out (Tonic) flowers with some of the left over paper and three gems stuck in the center of them.

My second card using the new Whiff of Joy Stamps
Good Morning Crafters as promised this is the second card using the new Whiff of Joy stamps, this one is just gorgeous and I must say probably my most favorite of the two, but I know we all have different ideas about what we like best. I have stamped her onto white card then used my copic pens to colour her, afterwards I have used Nestabilitie Labels Die 4 to cut her out and a fancy one for the mount. The sentiment is one of my CC stamps and has been stamped on to a spare piece of card then mounted also on a piece of pink card.
The base card is a 7"x 7" white card with a first mount of pink card, the papers I have used are from Sweethshoppe "If the Shoe Fits" digi paper set, I love using these papers as they have a fabulous choice of sets, Im sure you will enjoy a browse if you get a chance and heres the link to their shop Sweet Shoppe Designs. I have used several papers, the first is a pretty floral one and the second is a pink one which I have used for a doily, then on top is a white doily.
Ive then placed a third mount of a small check one down the right hand side, and then placed my mounted image towards the left.
The sentiment is placed across the bottom right, and to finish of I have used some of the papers left to create the flowers that have been moulded and then layered up and placed on two pink flourishes in the top right hand corner.

I was asked by my Team Leader Donna of Bearlymine Designs to be a Guest Designer for
as Donna was sponsoring the prize for this Challenge, and with a couple of other girls from the Teams I decided to take part and here is my card.
I did use one of the Forever Friends images for my card its actually a pre-coloured one, I cut it out with Nestabilitie Die No.1 and then I used a inkpad around the edge, Ive mounted it onto a piece of beige card thats been cut with one of the decorative dies from Spellbinders. The sentiment has been treated in the same way.
The base card is a 6"x 6" white card with a piece of the same beige white card, then on top I have used Donna's Bearlymine Designs "Floral Breeze", "Lacy Vintage" and "Small Dots" papers on it,
the first paper is one from the "Floral Breeze" paper set, and Ive then used one of the others for the doily which has been cut out with a Cheery Lynn die, I then placed my image towards the right hand side at the top with the sentiment below.
To finish of I have used some small dots paper and rolled flower dies from Die-namics and created several flowers which have been stuck on top of some swirls which were cut with a Cheery Lynn die down the left hand side of the card.
Now that youve seen my Card I do hope that you will go and visit Forever Friends Challenge Blogspot and see what the rest of the team have created for your inspiration.

A Card for the Sugar Bowl and Sugary Sunday Challenges
Good Afternoon All, well the rain has stopped and I have to take the dog for a walk soon so Id better get on and post this card. Now I know you will probably faint as Ive actually created two cards in two days, but as my hubbys eldest granddaughter starts School in September I thought it was a good excuse you use this sweet image from Funky Kits. Ive decided to enter it in the Sugar Bowls Sketch and Sugary Sunday on Facebook Challenges.
I stamped the image onto white card then used my copic pens to colour and then used the mega rectangle die from Nestabilities to cut it out, then created a mount for it out of blue card. The sentiment was created in My Craft Studio and printed and then cut out with a circle die and mounted it with the same blue card.
The base card is a 6"x 6" white card with a first mount of blue card and the papers I have used are from Sweetshopes "Flippin Amazing" digi paper set, the first a plain blue background then the two other mounts are with a strip pattern and a circle/dot pattern.
Ive laid them according to the sketch and stuck the sentiment at the top on the right, and created a flower with some of the left over papers with the Die Namics Petal Posy die, this is a large daisy die, Ive stuck it to the card with silicone glue and some punched out leaves.

A Card for the Sugar Bowl and Sugery Sunday Challenges
Good Morning All, do you ever get a day when you dont know whether your on your head or your heels, well its been like that for me over the last couple of days, and of course Ive been missing this gorgeous weather. Ive just finished writing up the Challenge blog post for tomorrow for The Paper Shelter, and then decided to put all my new Daisy trail digi kits on my computer, and now I thought I really ought to get this card posted as we are due to go swimming in an hours time. Oh well its all go in the Chalmers household.
This card has been created for this Sundays "Sugery Sunday" Flowers Challenge over on Facebook and of course it gives me a chance to add it also to the Sugar Bowl one as well, that has a Sketch so I used it for both.
This is such a cute image and Ive coloured it with my copic pens then used the square Nestabilitie Dies to cut it out and mount it on a larger one, the sentiment is from my stash and has been treated in the same way as the image. The base card is my usual 6"x 6" white card with a first mount of blue card, the papers I have used are from Sweet Shope Digi Downloads and this one is called "Love, Sun and Laughter" the first paper is a yellow background with white hearts on, the second is a multi flowered one with a white background and the third is a plaid one.
I then placed my image in the middle with the sentiment below, to finish of I have used some of the same papers to create four flowers with my Royal Rose die from Die-namics, the leaves have also been done with the same Rose leave dies, Ive used some green paper from the same paper set. These were stuck in the top leaf hand corner with some silicone glue.

A Card for the Official Magnolia Challenge - "Sketch" and Yellow
I will be having a breakdown if Im not careful two Tilda Cards in one day, oh well I just had to have a play with this little cutie, Ive coloured her with my copics and then used the new Die-namics Rectangle Dies, then inked around the edges, Ive also used a larger die for the mount. The sentiment is another from my stash and has been mounted on a bit of the same yellow card.
The base card is a 6"x 6" white card with a first mount of yellow card, the papers I have used are from the First Edition "Family Ties" paper pad, the first a embossed yellow background with white flowers on, the second and third papers are a yellow check and a multi stripped one, the other yellow strip is the check on turned over and stuck across the middle as the sketch asked.
The mounted image was then positioned in the middle with the sentiment down the side. To finish of I have created a flower spray of five different sized roses in white and yellow, these were stuck in the top left hand corner on top of punched out rose leaves. The last little flourish are the two sequined hearts and the pearls down the bottom on the right hand side.

A Card for Just Magnolia's Sketch Challenge
Good Morning All, its been awhile since I used any of my Tilda Stamps and I thought for a change I would give them an airing, this is one of the new ones and she has a cuddly blanket and sucking her thumb, this so reminds me of my middle daughter Sarah as even at 45 she still has a crafty suck of her thumb when shes stressed, not really a good model for her 4 children but I suppose with teenagers its enough to make you want to stuck your thumb, Ive stamped her onto white card then used my copic pens to colour her, afterwards I used a square Nestabilitie die to cut her out, the image was then mounted on a heart square from Spellbinders. The sentiment is yet another of my stash ones and has been mounted on the same pink card.
The base card is a 6"x 6" white card with a first mount of pink card and Ive used 3 papers from First Editions "Dreamcatcher" paper pad, the first a cream background with pink butterflies on, for my second I have used a deep purple piece that has lots of flowers and more butterflies on it, and the third is another cream background with a pink chain pattern on.
I then positioned my image in the centre towards the top with the sentiment below on the left. To finish of I have used some of the left over paper to cut out a Royal Rose die cut from Die-namics and rolled it and then stuck it on some punched out pink leaves (left over paper) and put it in the top left hand corner.

A Card for Sundays with Santa on Facebook - "Travel"
Good Morning All, has anyone noticed just how quickly the weeks are going by, here we are at another one, and at least today the sun is trying to come out, lets hope it does as I would like the weather to improve a lot before we take of for Cornwall in a couple of weeks, as its so miserable when it gets misty down there you miss so much of the scenery. Anyway back to todays card, this is for this weeks Challenge over on Sundays with Santa, its a weekly challenge that we set ourselves to create cards for Christmas, there isnt any money or prize involved it just gives us the chance to build up a reserve before December. Anyway this weeks theme is "Travel" and Ive used this Paper Shelter one of a young lass on her sledge delivering her Christmas Parcels. Ive printed her onto white card then used my copics to colour her, afterwards I used the new Die-namics Rectangle dies to cut her out, then used a larger one and some red card for the mount. The sentiment is one from my stash, Im sorry I dont know hows it is as I usually take the backing paper of, silly really but my poor drawers are stacked to bursting and if I kept all the paper it just wouldnt shut.
Anyway the main card is a 6"x 6" white card with a first mount of red card, and the papers I have used are from Donna's Bearlymine Christmas ones, the first is a red background with holly and sentiments on, the second is a blue background with similar design, I used one of my Cheery Lynn doily dies for this and placed in towards the left of the base layer.
I then positioned my mounted image on the right and the sentiment below it, to finish of I have used another of the Cheery Lynn dies to cut a holly swirl and stuck to the left of the image and a poinsetta was then stuck to the card at the top with some punched out holly leaves.
This Card is to be entered in the following Challenges:-

A Card for Sugary Sundays on Facebook
Good Morning Everyone, only one more day and then we are of to the NEC and I love going to their looking at all those lovely crafty goodies, will be taking hubby and is card to buy it for me, so thats a bonus. Anyway this week over on facebook we have yet another colour challenge and this week its this
a lovely mixture of blues, green and yellow, and I hope they will be happy with the way I chose to use them, this is one of the new Ribbonista images that Ive coloured from Funky Kits and I then used my large Nestabilitie Rectangle to cut her out, and drew around the die to create the mount for it.
The base card is a 6"x 6" white card with a first mount of blue card and then Ive used three papers from the Nitwits "Summer Breeze" digi paper set, the first paper is a large daisy pattern on a white background the second is a small flower paper and the third a blue background with white daisy outlines on it.
The mounted image was positioned to the left and the sentiment Ive put at a angle as it wouldnt fit at the bottom, and to finish of Ive used a die-cut rose bloom die to cut out some left over paper and created a rolled flower with it and positioned it in the top right hand corner on some punched out leaves. The final flourish is a Epiphany flower button than I have threaded some ribbon through and tied in a know.
This card is to be entered in the following Challenges:-

A Card for the Sugary Nellie Sunday Challenge
Good Morning Ladies, well its quite mild outside today so hubby and I have been trimming our lilac trees, mainly because the local council in their wisdom have decided to start charging us to remove garden refuse from the 2nd April, and I really wanted to get the trees sorted before they really start growing again, its easier to see the stems that way. And I have a feeling they are cutting their own throats by starting to charge us, as we live in a beautiful part of the country, more people are going to fly tip their rubbish around the Forest which is going to look lovely I dont think, who wants to pay more for taking this garden stuff away, weve got a very small garden so carnt have a composter as its just not big enough plus which its on the slope so where do we put it to keep it level. Oh well perhaps they will change their minds again before long. They actually made money from it as it was sent to be made in to compost for gardens anyway so why are we being charged I wonder?
Now back to my card sorry about spouting of, this card has been made for a new Sunday Challenge over on Facebook by Sugar Nellie, I was lucky to win last week and received a stamp of my own choice which was fabulous. Anyway I have used on of the new images and as the challenge was a colour one
and quite a difficult choice to use so I hope they are happy with the way I used them, I coloured it with my copic pens, then used the large rectangle die to cut it out, and again used a larger one for the mount. The sentiment is one from my stash and has been treated in the same way as the image.
The base card is a 6"x 6" white card with a first mount of beige card and one of four papers from the Sweet Shope Digi Downloads, this set are called "Count your Blessings" and Ive created several layers even used one of the Cheery Lynn dies on one of them, then positioned the mounted image at a jaunty angle and the sentiment to the right of my image.
To finish of Ive used one of the Cheery Lynn leave dies, and a Die-namics Gardenier rolled flower die to create my floral spray in the top right hand corner.

A Card for the Sugar Nellie Challenge on Facebook
Good Afternoon Everyone, Im not sure how many of you are aware that Sugar Nellie have a Weekly Challenge on Facebook, they are set on Sunday and then you have the week to make up your card, and this week its a colour challenge, where you are given a list of colours to use on your card, this weeks one is with the following ones:-
And I have used this sweet image of Pippi Longstocking with her frog for my card, Ive coloured her with copic and tria pens, then used the Nestabilitie Die No.8 to cut her out then draw around the die to create the mount.
The base card is a 6"x 6" white card with a first mount of peach card, the papers I have used are from the Sweet Shoppe Digi Downloads and this one is by Cato Cardall and its called "Friends by Choice" and dont you think thats ironic with this particular image, I know I wouldnt choose a frog for my companion, though I do have a toad that lives in my garden during the summer and makes me jump whether I accidently disturb him.
The flowers were created from some of the papers in greens and pieces and rolled into flowers, they are by Die-namics, and the punched out leaves are by Martha Stewart. Ive also used one of the Cheery Lynn Doilie dies for the two layers behind the image.
This card is to be entered in the following Challenges:-

"Sundays with Santa" - Traditional Colours
Good Morning Everyone, Im so sorry for not posting for awhile but it was an extremely busy week last week, I had a blood pressure test on Wednesday and a Mamogram on Friday, plus all my DT work I never seem to have enough time just to create a card to post, instead I had a load to do for future Challenges instead so you will have to be a little patient. This card Im posting today was created for yesterdays Sundays with Santa Challenge "Tradition Colours" and Ive used this sweet image and coloured it with my copic pens then used the Nestabilitie Label die No.17 to cut it out then drew around the die to create the mount, the sentiment was one I had as a freebie in one of my craft magazine.
The base card is a 6"x 6" white card with a first mount of blue card and then Ive used one of the Maja "Vintage Winter" paper a lovely blue background with a Santa in the corner. I then used some white pearlescent card and three of the Memory Box dies to create a corner a border and a Xmas tree which have been placed in several places. The mounted image was then positioned in the middle with the setniment at the bottom on the right.
This card is to be entered in the following Challenges:-

A Card for Aisne
Good Morning Everyone, I suspect you are all getting ready to celebrate bringing in the New Year, we will probably watch TV and then listen to the town setting of fireworks, it goes on for quite a bit in this neck of the woods, anyway I want to wish you all a Very Happy New Year tomorrow in case I dont get to post another card till well into next week, I have several DT cards to schedule today so might not be able to make any more till then.
Anyway I was approached yesterday by a lovely lady Aisne Smith of "Card Making Downloads" and she asked if I would see how I got on with her digi stamps, she has a very successful company that sells papers and coloured images but shes anxious to make a break into digi stamps, and as we all know thats quite a competitive market, but I like her designs so I want to wish her good luck and I hope you do to and we shall have to keep a keen eye on them in the future.
I have used this gorgeous "Kitten Girl" not sure of her actual name as she is only in her provisional stage and not actually available yet, but I think its probably what shes supposed to be with those ears, feet and hands. Ive printed her onto white card then coloured her with my copic pens, afterwards I used the oval Nestabilitie Die to cut her out and the Beaded Oval for the mount.
The base card is a 6"x 6" white card with a first mount of lilac pearlescent card with one of three papers from the "Kay Miller" Digi Downloads, a very pretty pink, lilac in various shades, on top is a striped paper, and for my third is a very pretty patterned paper in similar colours but with hearts, dots and flowers on.
I then positioned my image towards the left, and with two other papers from the same digi set, I have used one of the Die-namics rolled flower dies to create three flowers, and stuck them to the card with silicone glue on top of some punched out fern leaves.
I do hope that you will make a visit to Aisne's shop and see for yourself what beautiful and stunning things she has to offer, and also go and visit her blog http://aisne-creations.blogspot.com/ she has some fabulous free downloads on there to also these images are available here on her blogspot http://aisne-creations-cardmaking.blogspot.com/ .

A Card for the Just Magnolia's "White and 1 Colour"
Good Morning Ladies, well weve had our fall of snow last night and guess what our pup Missy absolutely adores it, though she was a bit suspicious when she first went out this morning but once she saw if was fun she was of racing around the garden like a loonie. Anyway back todays card its been created for the Just Magnolia Challenge and Ive used this sweet image of Tilda and coloured her very plainfully and then used Nestabilitie Die Labels No.2 to cut it out and used a green inkpad around the edge, the mount was then created using the same die again and drawing around it and cutting out afterwards.
The main card is a 6"x 6" white card with a first mount of green card and one paper from Donna of Bearlymine Designs "Christmas Wishes" digi paper set, on top is a square of white pearlescent card and Ive used a holly border and corner punch on it. Then around the bottom is a sentiment ribbon and attached to the back of the first mount. The mounted image was then positioned in the centre.
