Good Afternoon Crafters, you know the saying "I dont know whether Im on my a.. or my elbow" its been a busy couple of weeks for me and to be honest I really dont know where it has gone, also I have caught my dear hubbys cold and its really making me feel lousy, tired sore throat and a chest infection, so Im not really a 100% so I hope you will forgive me for not being so regular with my card making.
Anyway todays card has been made using one of the Funky Kits images and she is just gorgeous with her punch of Daffodils and I have printed her onto white card then used my copic pens to colour her, afterwards I used Nestabilitie Labels Die No.4 to cut her out and a fancy one for the mount. The sentiment is one of the Little Darlings one and this has been mounted onto another piece of yellow card.
The base card is a 6"x 6" white card with a first mount of yellow card, the papers are from the Sweetshoppe Digi "The Yellow Brick Road" paper set, and I have used three papers and on two I have used the Tulip border punch from Martha Stewart.
I then used a embossing folder on a strip of green card and placed it along the middle and the mounted image was then placed on top with the sentiment down below in the right hand corner.
This Card is to be entered in the following Challenges:-

A Card for the 1st Challenge over on Aurora Wings Blogspot.
Good Afternoon Crafters, I do hope you are not experiencing the horrible funny weather Im having at the moment, one minute the sun is out and the next its raining, anyway to bring a bit of permanent sunshine to your lives I have used this gorgeous image from Aurora Wings and created a card for their very first Challenge "Anything Goes".
I have printed "Fairy Orchids Luna Moth Fairy" and you will find her here, you will find some gorgeous images and they are quite tricky to colour them but rewarding when you have finished.
After colouring her with my copic pens then cut it out with my rotatrim and mounted it onto a piece of lime green card. The base card is a 7"x 7" white card and the papers are from Nitwits brand new digi paper set "Daffodil Joy" and I have used two papers, the first a white background with a yellow trailing rose pattern on it, and the second a yellow patterned background on which I have used a Tonic border punch down both sides and a yellow organza ribbon down the middle.
I have then placed my mounted image in the center and in the two opposite corners I have placed six green pearls.
This Card is to be entered in the following Challenges:-

A Card for Sundays with Santa Facebook Challenge
Good Morning All, I hope you enjoyed Sarah Hallams preview program yesterday on Create and Craft with the new Tangletastic2 Cd I know it was a great success and Im so pleased for her she works so hard and does a brilliant job of creating them. If you are interested in buying a copy you can visit Sarahs own Webpage and get it at good price with no Postage and Packing if you live in the UK here is the link Peerless Designs.
And now I want to tell you about my card it was created for Sundays with Santa its a group on Facebook in which it is possible to get ahead with your Christmas cards without having to stress out at the end of October making them, Ive used it for a couple of years and find it very useful, if you interested in joining just give me a buzz and I will invite you to join, mind you, you need to have a Facebook page.
This card was created with a Woodware stamp which is a new one to me, and it was stamped onto white card and I coloured it with my copic pens, afterwards I cut it out with my rotatrim cutter and mounted it onto red card. The base card is a bit of card I had left and I created a 6"x 5" card and then used a piece of white pearlesant card and ran it through the Ebosser with a holly leaf embossing folder.
I then placed this onto another piece of red card and placed the mounted image in the middle and then stuck this to the white card.
This Card is to be entered in the following Challenges:-

A Card for Aurora Wings "Shades of Green" Facebook Challenge
Good Morning Crafters, well its a really beautiful start here in Gloucestershire the sun is out and although its a bit chilly its dry and looking good, hubby is trying to dry out his shed so lets hope the weather stays that way and starts to do its job.
Anyway todays card was created for this months "Shades of Green" Challenge and for this I have used Mermaid with ribbons and I printed her onto white card and coloured her with my copic pens, afterwards I used Nestabilitie Labels Die No.4 to cut her out and a fancy one for the mount out of green pearlescent card.
The main card is a 7"x 7" white card and the first mount is again of the same green pearlescent card, and the papers are from Sweetshoppes "Cool Colours" digi paper set. I have used four papers of different shades of green, and with three of them I have reduced the size and used a Martha Stewart border punch on them and layered them up across the middle, then wrapped two ribbons around the middle and attached them to the back of the first mount.

A Card for the Sundays with Santa Facebook Challenge
Good Afternoon Crafters, its really beautiful here in Gloucestershire and my dog has spent quite awhile laying in the sunshine by our back door, she loves the warmth of the rays and will move once they have gone.
Firstly I want to let you know that The Paper Shelter are running a DT Challenge over on their Challenge website, if your interested in joining our Design Teams please do go and see all the details over at The Paper Shelter Challenge Blogspot and see for yourself what is involved.
But Ive got a card I want to share with you, I won a gorgeous stamp on Sugary Sunday a couple of weeks ago and received it yesterday and as we have a Challenge on Sundays with Santa I thought it would be a good idea to use it as the theme is "Never seen Ink" and of course as this was a new stamp it hadnt.
She is called "Little Boots" and I have stamped her onto white card then used my copic pens to colour her, I then used Nestabilitie Labels Die No.8 to cut her out and the fancy one for the mount. I cut the sentiment out with the Britannia Dies from blue card.
The base card is a 6"x 6" white card and the first mount is blue card and the papers I have used are from Maya Paper Pad "Vintage Frost Basics" and I have used just the one paper and then placed my mounted image in the center and the sentiment was then stuck down the right hand side of my card.
This Card is to be entered in the following Challenges:-

A Card for Sugary Sunday and the Sugar Bowl Challenges
Good Evening my fellow Crafters, I dont know about you but the time whizzes by and before you know it another week has flown by, Ive been trying to make up this card for about a week, but I had to get on and make the samples for Sarahs new CD so it go put aside and I eventually got around to finishing it of yesterday.
This is one of the Funky Kits stamps and I have stamped her onto white card then cut it out and mounted it onto a piece of lavender card. And the sentiment is one from my stash and this was also mounted onto another piece of the same coloured card as the image. The actual theme for both these Challenges is a card for your Mum or special friend and buttons and bows, as I lost my mum 4 years ago I decided to create it for a dear friend instead.
The base card is a 6"x 6" white card and the first mount is lavender card again and the papers are from the Lili of the Valley Lavender paper pad, and I have used three papers from it, the first of flowers and the second is a tartan pattern and the third is larger flower on it.
The mounted image was then placed in the center and the sentiment down the bottom on the left, to finish of I have placed three buttons down the card on the right and on top I have put a tape measure bow.
This Card is to be entered in the following Challenges:-
