Good Morning Crafters, its been awhile since I used any of the Sugar Nellie images and I thought it was time that I did and I decided to use this young lady, I stamped onto white card then used coloured her with my copic pens, afterwards I used Nestabilitie Labels No.34 Die, and then used a fancy one for the mount. The sentiment also came from the same stamp set and this was also mounted on another of the Nestabilitie tag dies.
The base card is 6.50"x 6.50" white card with a first mount of pink card the papers are from Nitwits "Possibilities" digi paper set, I have used three papers the first a very pretty flower background the second is lavender one and the third a pink.
The mounted image was then placed in the middle and the sentiment at the bottom on the right hand side. To finish of I have created a triple bow and attached it at the top on the left and then placed pearls down three of the sides and one large one on the bow itself.

A Card for the 1st Challenge over on Aurora Wings Blogspot.
Good Afternoon Crafters, I do hope you are not experiencing the horrible funny weather Im having at the moment, one minute the sun is out and the next its raining, anyway to bring a bit of permanent sunshine to your lives I have used this gorgeous image from Aurora Wings and created a card for their very first Challenge "Anything Goes".
I have printed "Fairy Orchids Luna Moth Fairy" and you will find her here, you will find some gorgeous images and they are quite tricky to colour them but rewarding when you have finished.
After colouring her with my copic pens then cut it out with my rotatrim and mounted it onto a piece of lime green card. The base card is a 7"x 7" white card and the papers are from Nitwits brand new digi paper set "Daffodil Joy" and I have used two papers, the first a white background with a yellow trailing rose pattern on it, and the second a yellow patterned background on which I have used a Tonic border punch down both sides and a yellow organza ribbon down the middle.
I have then placed my mounted image in the center and in the two opposite corners I have placed six green pearls.

Another Card for Sundays with Santa Challenge
Good Morning Crafters, this weeks Challenge over on Facebook for Sundays with Santa is a "Snowflake" one and I thought I would use this Magnolia image of Edwin as my one for this theme. I have stamped him onto white card then used my copic pens to colour him, afterwards I cut him out with my Nestabilitie Labels Die No.1 with a scalloped one for the mount. The sentiment down the right hand side is one from Papercrafts and cut out of blue card.
The base card is 6"x 6" white card and the papers are from Nitwits "Snow Folk" digi paper set, I have used three designs and the first a pale blue background with snowflakes on and the second is a embossed one with sentiments on and the third a darker blue background with yet more snowflakes on.
I then placed my mounted image in the center and to finish of I have used three snowflake diecuts to layer up and position in the bottom left hand corner of my image.

A Card for Sundays with Santa Facebook Challenge
Good Morning All, guess what its raining yet again, our dog is really p....d of with it, she looks out of the door when we are about to go for a walk and her expression is getting "You must be Joking" but of course she has to go as you can hardly train a dog to use the toilet can you. Anyway todays card has been created for this weeks "Birds" challenge over on Sundays with Santa on Facebook, I have used this sweet penquin for my image and printed it onto white card and coloured it with my copic pens and I have put glitter on the hats fur and bobble, afterwards I used Nestabilitie Labels Die No.34 to cut it out and a fancy one for the mount. The sentiment is one I cut out with a die out of blue card.
The base card is a 6"x 6" white card with a first mount of blue card and the paper is from Nitwits Snow Folks digi paper set, then on top I have placed a square doily from Krafty Hands, around the middle I have wrapped a blue satin ribbon and attached it to the back of the first mount.
The mounted image was then placed in the center and the sentiment is down below.

A Card for Sundays with Santa Facebook Challenge - "Non Traditional Colours"
Good Morning fellow Crafters, well its not raining at the moment but the clouds are on their way back so I guess we shall have some presently. My hubby and I are feeling rather tired this morning as our dog Missy was up every 2 hours with a tummy problems (I wont go into details) and needed to go outside, poor little girl she really did look sorry for herself this morning. She unfortunately does have a sensitive stomach and it causes no end of problems and this is probably a bug shes picked up with her sniffing in places she shouldnt. Ive rung the Vet (even on a Sunday) and shes suggested just giving her a Kaolin paste and no food so keep your fingers crossed it works as we certainly need a good night sleep tonight.
Todays card has been created with the Knitted Heart image from Funky Kits and as the Challenge is all about non traditional colours for a Christmas card I had to put my thinking cap on and this is what I came up with, I coloured her with my copics then cut her out with the new Labels 34 from Nestabilities and I have used a fancy one for the mount. The sentiment was stamped onto a banner and cut out and another for the mount.
The base card is a 6"x 6" white card with a first mount of purple card and the papers are from Nitwits "Snow Princess" digi paper set, the first a purple paper with white stars on and the second is a floral one which I have cut a strip and I have used a snowflake border punch from Martha Stewart. The third a green strip one.
I then placed my mounted image in the center and stuck three different sized pearls down the side in the two alternative corners and the sentiment across the bottom.

Happy New Year to All
Good Morning All, and a Very Happy New Year to you I hope your Christmas was wonderful, ours was very quiet as both of us were suffering with a chest infection and didnt think it would be fair to pass it on to any of the family, though it was one of them that past it onto us. Anyway Missy enjoyed opening her present and we both had a few between us to open and Ive a feeling she thought she should have opened them to.
I made this card just before the New Year and posted it on the Facebook Sundays with Santa Challenge page, its a page were each week some of us start to collect our cards for Christmas and its a good way of getting ahead of all those that we need these days. This is a Funky Kits image and I have printed her onto white card then coloured her with my copic pens, I then cut her out with the new Tonic layering dies, and after I had cut her out I used glitter on her wings and some of the other things like the bobbles on her coat and the want.
The base card is a 6"x 6" white card with a first layer of blue card, the papers are from Nitwits "A Merry Christmouse" and as theres a mouse in the image I thought it was quite appropriate for this card. I have used four papers and layered them as shown. The mounted image was then placed towards the left, and the sentiment which is from my stash and cut out with one of the labels Nestabilitie Dies down in the right hand corner.
To finish of I have punched out some snowflakes with my Martha Stewart punches and then glittered them with German Glass glitter and latered them up and then placed them three at the top on the right and one at the bottom on the left.

Good Afternoon Everyone, its a beautiful sunny day here in Gloucestershire and quite warm, I do hope its here to stay as it makes you feel good, and our dog had a lovely walk this afternoon though she did get a bit hot. Never mind thank goodness its a dry day, its also the 48th anniversary of my baby sons death, although it get easier as the years go by, it doesnt stop you thinking or remembering what happened on that date, and I also wonder how well he would have grown up especially as my future may have taken a different turn, oh well you just have to accept what youve got.
Todays card has been created for this weeks challenge over on Facebook its Sundays with Santa's "Christmas Birthday Card" although I dont actually have any girls whose birthday is at Xmas I do have several boy ones, not to worry perhaps I can pass it onto someone who does. The sentiment was one I created on my computer and printed it and mounted it also onto some red card.
The base card is a 6"x 6" white card with a first mount of red card and one of three papers from the Nitwits "Gingerbread" paper set, the first a pink background with lady gingerbread people on, and the second is a cream background with fir trees on, and Ive used the Martha Steward Xmas Tree border punch on both edges, then of top is a further paper which is also pink background with heart candy canes on.
I then cut out the reindeer in the left hand bottom corner and stuck it down there, the mounted image was then positioned in the centre with the sentiment along the top for a change as it wouldnt fit at the bottom.

Sundays with Santa "Holly"
Good Afternoon Everyone, well its gorgeous outside and quite mild, I will have to take her ladyship out for a walk presently as she always starts to get fidgety about 1.30pm, as hubby normally takes her but as hes volunteering today its my turn to take her. She loves her walk and weve also started letting her of the lead to run around, and she loves that but Id better but my wellies on as the field is still rather wet and muddy and I dont want to come back with all the mud on my shoes as hubby did this morning.
Anyway todays card has been created for this weeks "Sundays with Santa" challenge over on Facebook, this week its themed "Holly" and I didnt bother looking for an image with holly on I thought as Id printed his gorgeous Paper Shelter one Id use this one instead. I coloured her with my copic and tria pens then used a circle Nestabilie Die to cut her out, and used the picot edged circle die for the mount. The sentiment is a Just Rite stamp thats been cut with a small circle die, Ive coloured the holly also before mounting it on a larger circle mount.
The base card is 6"x 6" white card with a first mount of blue card, the paper I have used is a Bearlymine Design paper a blue background with sentiments and holly pattern on, Ive then wrapped a white ribbon with holly on around the middle and positioned my mounted image in the middle with the sentiment at the bottom on the right hand side.
To finish of Ive cut several holly leaves out of dark green paper and with two holly berries sprays layered them up on the card in the top left hand corner and stuck them to the card with some silicone glue.

Sundays with Santa "Food"
Good Morning Everyone, well here we are at yet another Sunday, I dont know about you the days go so quickly when your crafting you forget the time and before you know its time to go to bed again. Anyway before I start telling you about my card I have some good news our dog Missy actually ate something this morning, weve had a problem with her over the last few days shes experiencing a phantom pregnancy and hasnt been eating its been so worrying and scarey that we took her to the vets yesterday morning, he didnt give her any medication and just suggested that she would eventually start to eat of her own accord, the problem with that is shes not the best eater at the best of times so its a real struggle to get to eat anyway and to have this extra worry has really been so upsetting, but at least today she ate a few of her dried food nuts and licked the top of a yougart pot so Im hoping that she will enjoy a bit of meat at lunch time when we have our roast, keep your fingers crossed for me.
And now back to my card this weeks challenge was to find a image of food for a Christmas card, I dont know about you but it was a problem anyway I found this gorgeous housemouse image and stamped and coloured it with my copic pens, then used a rectangle die to cut it out, then cut a mount with my rotatrim for it. The sentiment is one from my stash and has been treated in the same way.
The base card is a 6"x 6" white card with a first mount of red card and one of three papers from the Nitwits "Comfort and Joy" digi papers, the second paper has been cut into a strip and punched along the edge with my holly punch, the third paper a stripe one has been mounted on yet another piece of the same red card and stuck to the left side of the card and then across the middle I have wrapped a red holly ribbon and attached it to the back of the first mount.
I positioned my mounted image in the centre with the sentiment at the bottom on the right, and that it, Ive decided this year not to make my Christmas cards to big as the postage of them is astronomigal and thats why Ive not put any flowers on it.

A Card for Several Challenges
Good Morning Ladies, and yes its enough to free the tail of a penquin, hubby has just been out with the dog for a walk and has now gone of to his volunteering job with the local steam railway and Im here waiting for a paper delivery. Anyway todays card has been created for this weeks Sundays with Santa on Facebook, and also this weeks Mo's Sketch Challenge and any other I can find during my browse on Feline Playful. Ive printed this gorgeous image onto white card then used my copics to colour him, afterwards I used the Nestabilitie Die No.1 to cut him out and then used a larger one for the mount.
The base card is a 6"x 6" white card with one of the papers from My Polar Friends a digi set from Nitwits, its a fabulous design of snowflakes, and then of course I just had to used my Memory Box border and corner snowflake design dies to finish it of. The sentiment is one from my stash thats been mounted on one of the new X-cut labels dies and stuck in the bottom right hand corner with some brads. The finish this is the two snowflakes in the top right hand corner these where punched out with the Martha Steward Snowflake punches.

A Card for Saturated Canary "Anything Goes" Challenge
Good Afternoon Everyone, the sun is out and Ive just sent hubby out to sweep up all the leaves that have tumbled from the trees in all that wind last night, hes not happy but it does need doing as weve got the green wheelie bin men due tomorrow. Before I show you my card for Saturated Canary I want to share with you a couple of photos of my hubbys new Grandson who arrived last Sunday evening, his name is Jacen and he weighted in at 8lbs 10ozs a real whopper, of course hubby is as proud as punch and carnt wait to go to visit and see him but unfortunately weve got a lot on over the next couple of weekends that its going to have to wait until 18th which will mean that he will probably have grown a bit, but never mind.

On the top is Ian's daughter Sammie with young Jacen and below hes with his dad Matt, they already have a 2 year old daugher Seraphie and Im sure shes thrilled with her new baby brother.
Anyway back todays card here it is:-
Ive used one of the new Sassy Girls stamps and coloured her with my copics and tria pens, afterwards Ive used the Nestabilitie Labels No.1 die to cut it out then used the die to create the mount for it, the sentiment is one I got free from one of the craft magazines and has been mounted on the same pink card I used for the image.
The base card is a 6"x 6" white card with a first mount of pink card and for my papers Ive used the Nitwits "Hey Cupcake" digi downloads, this first paper is a pretty pink background with several different coloured flowers on it, the second is a strip thats been mounted down the card and on this is a blue background with red, green and yellow hearts on it, for the third paper Ive used a pink and white stripe one and this has been stuck across the card and a blue grosgrain ribbon has been wrapped down and around the card and then stuck to the back of the first mount.
Ive then stuck my mounted image to the left of my card and the sentiment at the bottom on the right, to finish Ive used two of the left over bits of paper to create a rolled flower and this was then stuck to the card at the top on the right with some silicone glue on top of some punched out leaves.
This card is to be entered in the following Challenges.

A Card for this weeks Sundays with Santa - "A Christmas Birthday Card"
Good Morning All, well I must be breaking a rule this week two cards in one week, anyway this weeks challenge over on Facebook was set by me and Im wondering why I picked such a difficult one, I do have a number of Birthdays around Christmas and thought it would be easy to combine the two but it just goes to show it isnt. I came up with this one which is one of the LOV images and coloured it with my copic and tria pens, then used the Nestabilitie Die Labels 1 to cut it out, Ive then drawn around the die to create the mount out of pink card. The sentiment was created on my computer and printed also onto white card then mounted in the same way as the image.
The base card is a 6"x 6" white card with a first mount of pink card and one of three papers from the Nitwit Downloads, the first paper is one from one of the Xmas sets as is the second one which I have used the cherish border punch from Martha Stewart on, the third paper is from the Birthday digi set and has been stuck across the middle.
I then positioned my mounted image in the centre with the sentiment at the bottom on the right. To finish of Ive used yet another paper from the Xmas set to create a flower which is with the new EK success border flower creator punch and it has been rolled up and with some stamens cut and stuck in the middle, I have stuck it to the card in the top left hand corner on some punched out leaves.

Heres another Santa for Sunday Card
I do apologise for not posting many cards at the moment but Ive been taking a bit of a break, I have done my DT cards but nothing to post on my blogs, actually this card was made a couple of weeks ago for the Santa for Sunday Challenge over on Facebook, and do you know Ive just noticed the sentiment is on the card upside down, how daft is that? dont answer, I think I must have been having a serious senior moment.
The challenge was for a Gingerbread man, and as I dont actually have an image or a stamp I used this digi set from Nitwits for my card, and the sentiment was a Just-Rite one, but I must have put the little chap in the stamp upside down and didnt realise till just now that I had, so so sorry about that.
The papers are quite gorgeous as you can see, its a 6"x 6" card with three of the papers from that Gingerbread set, even the image is as well, and this was printed onto white card then cut out with my oval Nestabilitie die, and I used the scalloped one for the mount.
I shant be around on this blog for a couple of days as tomorrow Ive got the Paper Shelter Challenge to deal with on my No.1 blog and we are of to the NEC on Thursday hopefully lets hope my back/hip quietens down by then, I did it on Saturday when I decided to do the mowing of my grass, oh well such is life and old age.
