I know its ages since I actually posted a card here on my second blog, but the last few weeks have been so busy I dont know whether Im on my head or my heels, and its not going to get any easier, I have two of my grandsons coming to stay at the end of July, and we are of for a few days holiday before they arrive, we are going to Looe in Cornwall and to meet up with our very special friends from Guernsey. Im so looking forward to catching up with all the news and to seeing their gorgeous little boy Nicolas, hes now two and no doubt full of mischief.
We shall also be going to Scotland in October as my eldest daughter is due to get married and her son Andy will be giving her away in his full RAF uniform, Im really looking forward to that and Ive now got to sort out what Im going to wear but I might leave it till nearer the day as you never know what the weather is likely to be like then.
Anyway back to todays card its been created for this weeks "Travel" theme for the Sundays with Santa Facebook Challenge, and I have used these two skiing, they look as if they are having fun? The image is one of Mo Mannings and Ive printed them onto white card then used my copics to colour it, afterwards I used my rotatrim to cut it out and mounted it onto a piece of red card.
The base card is a 6"x 6" white card with a first mount of red card and the paper was one I found floating around in one of my boxes (hoarded item), I have then wrapped a red ribbon around the middle and stuck it to the back of the first mount. The mounted image was then place in the middle.

A Card for Mo's "Anything Goes" and "Angels" Facebook Challenge
Good Morning Crafters, well its supposed to have snowed or at least my hubby will have it as he found some on his car roof this morning, we also had a lot of rain and high winds, so bad that they bought down a plank of wood on the scaffolding we have around our house and neighbours at the moment, luckily it didnt hit anyone but it could have done, and theyve not been this morning so sort it out either. I ask you youd think they would want to make sure no damage was done, but no we havent seen anyone.
Anyway todays card has been created for this weeks Mo's "Anything Goes" Challenge and a "Angels" Challenge over on facebook, this is Muriel a cute angel hanging on a bauble. Ive printed her onto white card then used my copic pens to colour her, afterwards I used Nestabilitie Die Labels No.1 to cut it out and a decorative one for the mount. The sentiment is one of the Britannia dies which I have used on some red card.
The base care is a 6"x 6" white card with a first mount of red card and the papers I have used are papermania Xmas paper pack, the first a white background with red decorations on, the second is a another white background with hearts on, and the third a red background with Christmas trees on.
Ive placed my mounted image in the center with the sentiments across the bottom right hand corner.

A Card for Sundays with Santa Challenge
Good Morning All, well that beautiful weather we had yesterday hasnt lasted today we are back to the wet stuff again, and weve also got to rest our Yorkie for a few days, somehow yesterday she managed to hurt her back end and was in a lot of pain with it, now after a painkiller injection and tablets she thinks shes ok again and wants to run around and go for a walk, so isnt very happy at this precise moment and is very anxious as to why shes not going out.
Anyway I thought I would post my card today for Sundays with Santa Challenge and its all about favourite things, I love this Mo image and its been awhile since Ive used it, but though it was such a joy to colour and the paper I used is from Donna's of Bearlymine Designs Digi Paper Christmas Sets, its beautiful, so I only used the one and a ribbon across the middle. A simple card with a wow effect, or at least I think it has. I should also have said I used the Pans Pastels around the edge of the image, and the sentiment is one from my stash.

A Card for Sundays with Santa on Facebook - "Card for a Man"
Good Morning All, yes I know its been a week since I posted a card here, but Ive been installing my programs on my new computer which hubby has built for me, its always a chore doing that, all those CDs that have to put on it.
Anyway back to todays card this is for this weeks Sundays with Santa and for this week we want to see a card especially for men, and Ive used this Mo image of a cat tangled in the Christmas lights which Im sure would drive any man mad if he was trying to put them on the tree, I know my hubby would be swearing like a tropper if we had a cat to do this, but luckily we have got a dog and so far shes not tried this.
Ive printed her onto white card and coloured it with my copic pens then used my rotatrim to cut it out and mounted it onto a piece of red card. The base card is a 6"x 6" white card with a first mount of red card, and the only paper I have used is one of the co-ordination papers thats been put through the cuttlebug with a snowflake embossing folder.
I then wrapped a sentiment ribbon around the bottom and placed my mounted image in the centre of the front.

A Card for Sundays with Sunday (Facebook Challenge)
Good Morning All, guess what the rain is back with a vengence, its such a shame as we have had some lovely weather over the last few days and now we are back to the wet stuff. Anyway firstly I must apologise for not posting much lately but Im trying to get ahead with my DT cards as I have a busy couple of months ahead of me, and of course my eldest grandsons wedding in August but two of my youngest daughers boys will also be coming to spend a week with me just before that happens, as I said Im going to be rather busy in the next few weeks.
Well back to this card I made for last weeks Sundays with Santa, if you interested in taking part let me know as I have already got a few cards in my stash ready for this coming Christmas, it makes it a little less painful if you can make a card a week. As you can see Ive used on of Mos digital images for my card hes so cute, and then I used a star Nestabilitie die to cut it out, the sentiment is one from my stash and has been treated in the same way as the image.
The base card is a 6"x 6" white card with a first mount of yellow card, and the paper I have used is one from Donna's Bearlymine Christmas Sets, a lovely yellow background with Xmas trees in several colours, Ive also used my memorybox dies as well to make the bottom border and the corner.

A Card for Sundays with Santa on Facebook - "A Card for a Child"
Good Morning Everyone, wow isnt this weather fabulous, mind you I carnt sit it in to long as I get to hot and sweaty but I do like it so wont moan, especially as we are of to Cornwall on Monday for 4 days and I would prefer it to be dry and sunny rather than cold and wet, so wish us good luck it stays dry at least. Back to todays card this is for this weeks Sundays with Santa Challenge on Facebook, for this we want a card for a child, and Ive used this sweet image from Mo Manning and its called "Baby Girls 1st Christmas" so I felt it was just right for a the challenge, and tis one Ive not used before and I printed her onto white card and coloured her with my copic pens then used Nestabilitie Label Die No.17 to cut it out then drew around the die to create the mount. The sentiment was created on my computer and printed and mounted in the same way as the image.
The base card is a 6"x 6" white card with a first mount of red card, on this I have layered a paper from Donna's Christmas Digi Set, its a gorgeous one with a Santa figure in the bottom left hand corner and a beautiful design in the top right. I then cut out two corners and one bottom strip with my Memory Box Christmas Dies, and then positioned my mounted image in the middle with the sentiment below on the right hand side.

A Card for Sundays with Santa on Facebook - "Baubles"
Good Morning Everyone, today is the birthday of my youngest grandchild, hes now 11 and will be of to Secondary School with his older brother come this September, and if that wasnt the only one of to School my hubbys eldest granddaughter will start School this September as shes 4 in August. Dont these little ones grow up fast, I just carnt get over the fact that my eldest grandson is getting married this August and I dont suppose it will be long before he presents me with a great grandchild, and I know that will really make me feel old, I just wish my lovely mum had lived long enough to see her first great great grandchild, but it wasnt to be.
Now back to my card, this was created for this weeks facebook challenge of "Baubles" as you probably are aware Ive been creating Xmas cards since the first week of January, its a good way of collection a stash of them for this coming Christmas, and this one is created with one of Mo's gorgeous images, Ive printed it onto white card before using my copic pens to colour it, afterwards I used a Spellbinders Bauble die to cut it out then used the die to draw around for the mount. The sentiment has also been treated in the same way.
The base card is a 6"x 6" white card for this one is a pearlescent one thats been but through my cuttlebug with a bauble embossing folder, then on top I have place a snowflake border diecut that I made with my Memory Box die, this was stuck at the bottom. The mounted image was then positioned at an angle and the sentment below on the right.
Now I have a very big truth to tell you, I accidently dropped the top of my inkpad on top of my image and I had one hell of a job to cover up the lines, I know you can just see the shadow but I hope it wont cause you to judge me to much, as I had spent quite a time colouring it and I just didnt want to throw it away.

Sunday's with Santa "Anything Goes"
Good Evening Everyone, I know its late but its the first time Ive had a bit of me time all day, firstly we had to take Missy for a checkup and the vet decided to restitch the foot shed taken the stitches out of and then to tape up all the stitches on each of the other three feet, and to fit her with a collar, if you pop across to my No.1 blog you will be able to see how she feels about that. Luckily she did eat her dinner today which she didnt want last night, but its a struggle for her as the collar gets in the way, she keeps catching it on all sorts of things as she walks along, and finds it difficult to lie down comfortably so Ive sat down with all afternoon keeping her company and hoping she will feel more secure.
Well back to my card as you can see its one of Mos digitable images and Ive coloured it with my copic pens then used Nestabilitie No.9 to cut it out and mount it on a larger one, the sentiment is one from my stash. Ive also used two of Donna's Bearlymine Christmas Digi papers and mounted them on top of one another. Ive also used one of the corner dies from Memory Box to in the bottom right hand corner under my sentiment.

A Card for Mo's Challenge - "Using Favourite Things"
Good Afternoon Everyone, well the sky has clouded over again and I think its going to pour with rain again, poor hubby and Missy got soaked this morning and she was filthy when she got back, and she is now nagging to go out again so I think its going to be repeated, oh well as long as Missy enjoys it what does it matter. Well todays card has been created for this weeks "Using Favourite Things" for Mo, and I just love this little mite sitting on his po, I can remember mine many moons ago going through this stage, and by gum Im relieved I dont need to do it anymore as it was quite stressful for not only them but me also.
Ive printed him onto white card then coloured him with my copics, afterwards I used Nestabilitie Die Labels No.7 to cut it out and the die to draw around for the mount. The base card was is a 6"x 6" white card with a first mount of blue card and one of three papers from the Echo Park "A Boys Life" and as I have to make quite a few cards for boys Ive begun to enjoy it, and the best border punches which I love using is this one with trains on, the final paper is a tartan one and this has also been mounted on a piece of the same blue card. The sentiment is the whimsey flag dies and stamps and has been cut and punched out of the same card and the sentiments have been stamped onto white card then cut out by hand. I then strung them all together and arranged them across the top, the final thing is another of my favourite things and that is two buttons from my stash.

A Card for Mo's Challenge "Banners or Tags"
Good Morning Everyone, you now how it is you think youve covered everyone then you find a card turns up and youve no idea who the person is, but with a little detective work from hubby he managed to see that the postmark on the envelope and discovered it was from Norwich, and as my grandson lives in Norwich we guess it was from his future in-laws, so mystery solved, and one rushed person trying to get another Xmas card done and finished this morning ready for hubby to post in the morning.
Ive created my card from this sweet image from Mo Manning, Ive coloured her with my copic's then used Nestabilitie Die No.11 to cut her out, then done my usual thing with the mount. The sentiment is one of Pink Gems ones and Ive treated that in the same way.
The base card is a 6"x 6" white card with a first mount of dark blue card and one paper from Donna of Bearlymine Designs "Christmas Wishes" digi paper set, a dark blue with lots of sentiments and snowflakes on. The next mount was a 5" square that Ive used my snowflake border and corner punch on from Martha Stewart. Ive created the banner with some letters I created in MCS and printed them of, then used a Whimsey banner stamp and punch to create the sections for my banner, these were then stuck to the card on a strip of white ribbon and foam.
The mounted image was postioned on the right with the sentiment at the bottom on the left, the final thing I did was put some glitter on the letters and used the punched out snowflakes to just dot and spot all over the place stuck down with some glue.

Good Afternoon Everyone, todays card has been created for this weeks Mo's "Elves, Fairies, Santa and Snowman" Challenge, and Ive used this cheeky Elfin for my card, I coloured her with my copics before cutting her out with Nestabilitie Label 22 then drew around the die to create the mount. The sentiment is one of the Pink Gem stamps and this has been cut and mounted with a circle die.
The base card is a 6"x 6" white card with a first mount of blue card and then Ive used two papers from the First Edition "Christmas Joy" paper pad, the first paper is blue background with baubles on it, the second paper is a red background with a sentiment on, Ive also used a bauble embossing folder on the third mount.
The mounted image was then positioned in the middle with the sentiment at the bottom on the right. To finish of Ive cut a bauble out with the Martha Stewart punch and then used some glue and glitter on it, and positioned it at the top on the left with a small bow on the top.

A Card for Mo's Challenge - "Boys with Attitude"
Good Afternoon All, well I dont know about you but its cloudy and its been raining here in Gloucestershire, I dont mind this weekend but Im sincerely hoping it will improve by next as we are of to Guernsey on Thursday to spend a few days and attending a Christening on the Sunday and I do so hope that it will be a lovely day or at least dry but only time will tell. Todays card is for this weeks Mo's Challenge "Boys with Attitude" and this little mite is really begging to be picked up, I should know as my second daughter when she was small was forever asking to be picked up as she didnt want to walk anywhere, Ive printed him onto white card and coloured with my copic pens then used my Nestabilitie Die No.8 to cut it out and then used the die to draw around and then cut it out with my scissors out of lime green card. The sentiment was one that I created on my computer and printed it and mounted it in the same was as the image.
The base card is a 6"x 6" white card with a first mount of green card and one of three papers from Kay Millers "Dinosaurus" digi paper set, the first paper is a yellow background with several different colours of dinosaurs, on top of this is a green check that Ive cut in a strip and used my EK Success dinosaur border punch on both edges, then on top is a sentiment paper and this was then stuck on a piece of gree card and stuck across the centre of the second paper.
I then positioned my mounted image in the middle with the sentiment at the bottom on the right hand side, but I then used some lime green rafia and threaded it through a stripped button and wrapped around the left hand side of the card.

Sundays with Santa - "Non Traditional"
Daft Bat, just posted this without any blurb, anyway Good Morning All, and todays card for Sundays with Santa is "Non Traditional" and as I have this image already to colour I thought Id used it for this weeks challenge, arent they gorgeous they are of course are by Mo Manning, and Ive coloured them with my Copic and Tria pens, then used my rotatrim to cut them out, I then mounted them onto a large piece of dark pink card.
The base card is a 6"x 6" white card with a first mount of the same pink card and one of the papers from the Traditional Paper set from Papermania, a bit ironic as its not a traditional colour really, but I thought it was ideal for this card. Ive then wrapped a piece of mauve sparkly ribbon around the middle and stuck my mounted image in the middle. To finish of Ive stuck a snowman button in the bottom right hand corner and a snowflake in the top left.

Sundays with Santa - "Baubles"
Good Morning Everyone, well the sun is out and Im hoping it stays that way but know our luck I somehow doubt it. Hubby is trying to fix a another socket for me, so all the electricity downstairs is all turned of so Ive been banished upstairs out of the way, and Missy is in her cage having a snooze. She was very late this morning actually managed to sleep till 6.30am when I went down to let her out, normally she has us up a lot earlier than that, but perhaps shes begining to realise we oldies need a bit of a lie in you never know your luck.
Anyway todays card has been created for this weeks Sundays with Santa "Baubles" Challenge over on Facebook, and Ive used this sweet image of Mo Mannings "Babys 1st Christimas", Ive printed it onto white card then used my copic pens to colour it, Ive also used some glossy accents for the bauble, then cut it out with the circle Nestabilitie Die and the lacey circle for the mount. The sentiment is one from my stash and I believe its one of Pink Gems clear ones, and Ive also used the smaller lacey die for the mount.
The base card is a 6"x 6" white card with a first mount of red card and I only used one paper and this is one of Donna's Bearlymine Designs its from her "Christmas Dreams" digi set, and its a red background with lots of baubles on it, on top of this around the middle I have wrapped a red spot wired ribbon and attached it to the back of the first mount, then I cut a bauble out of the same red card from one of the Spellbinders Heirloom Set, and ran it through my cuttlebug in a bauble embossing folder this was then positioned to the left of the card.
I then stuck my mounted image in the middle with the sentiment at the bottom on the right hand side, to finish of I have stuck three baubles down the right hand side, these were made with some shrink plastic many moons ago.

A Card for Mo's Challenge - "Here comes Summer"
Good Evening everyone, Im still missing my last post on this blog, I expect like me youve found Blogger down nearly all day so Im just relieved that I can get this post done, Ive just finished one on my No.1 blog so lets get on with this one. This card has been created for this weeks Mo's Challenge "Here comes Summer" and Ive used this little cutie, whos enjoying being at the beach and she looks as though shes been swimming to. Ive printed her onto white card and coloured her with my Copic and Tria pens, then used Nestabilie Die No.17 to cut it out and then drew around the die to create the mount. The sentiment is one that I found on the internet and printed it and mounted it onto a piece of the same blue pearlescent card thats been used for the image as well.
The base card is 6"x 6" white card with a first mount blue card and Ive used three papers from Nitwits "Summer in Bloom" downloads the first paper is a white background with several patchwork flowers on and on top of this is a yellow flower paper which has had both edges punched with a shell border punch from Martha Stewart, then on top is another of the papers a stripped one in different blue and green stripes, which has been mounted on a blue pearlescent card.
The image has been mounted in the middle with the sentiment at the bottom on the right hand side, I have popped two seahorses in the two opposite corners, and to finish of I have created three flowers from the left over papers and have stuck them on some silicone glue and punched out leaves in the top left hand corner.

Good Morning All, well this is the second card Ive posted this morning, just finished over on my No.1 blog now its this ones turn, this card today has been created for Mos Challenge "Lets here it for the Boys" and Ive used her little chap here which is titled "Chickies", Ive printed him onto white card before colouring him with my copic pens afterwhich Ive used my large circle Nestabilitie Die to cut him out, then used a large scalloped one for the mount. The sentiment is one from TLC and its free, Ive printed this also onto white card then used my rotatrim to cut it out, Ive also mounted this onto a piece of pale green pearlescent card.
The base card is a 6"x 6" white card with a first mount of green card, and one of two papers from the Papermania's "Spring Time" pack of papers, the first paper is a all over sentiment with a line of chickens down the edge, the second paper which Ive cut in a strip is a striped pattern with eggs down the bottom, this I have used a chicken border punch on both edges and stuck it down on top of the first layer, then positioned my mounted image in the middle and my sentiment at the bottom on the right hand side.
