Good Morning Crafters, I wasnt sue if these Oriental papers go with my image so I hope you will forgive me if you feel they dont but I couldnt find any purple ones among my stash papers so I have these Oriental ones from Papermania.
The image is one of the new Oriental Girls from Funky Kits here, and I have used one of the two they have to offer at the moment, I printed her onto white card then used my copic pens to colour, afterwards I used my rotatrim to cut her out and purple die pad to distress the background. I then layered her up on some mauve card. The sentiment is one from my stash and this has also been mounted onto a piece of mauve card.
The base card is a 6.50"x 6.50" white card with a first mount of mauve card and I have used two of the papers from the Papermania pad a white background with gold bamboo design on, the second is a red one with characters on it. Down the middle I have placed a piece of white card thats been run through the ebosser and a embossing folder.

A Card for the Pink Gem Inspirations Blog
Good Morning Crafters, I know Ive been a bit slack keeping up with No.2 blog and now I have even more excuse not to post as often as I should, this last couple of days has been rather traumatic. On Monday I discovered something wrong with my left eye, I thought originally that I had a migraine Aura and it turned out that it was when the jelly thats attached to your retina had become detached and was causing flashing lights on the left of my vision, it really was uncomfortable to try and concentrate on my colouring (which at the time I was doing) it caused huge floaters to cross my vision. Anyway I got a bit worried as it didnt go away after I took a Sumatriptan tablet and with a little bit of thought I thought my retina had become detached so with a phone call to the out of hours NHS line I rushed of to Gloucester (21 miles away) at 9pm and spent 5 hours waiting to see a eye specialist who didnt turn up and I had to return back to the hospital yesterday. In fact we didnt get to bed till 3am Tuesday morning and back at the hospital by 10.30 yesterday and again we were eventually seen by 12 midday yesterday to be re-assured that the retina hadnt detached but the jelly attached to it had and fortunately for me it had not torn the retina (which would have meant a operation) and I will have to learn to live with the giant floaters crossing my vision and adjust to them as they are not going away, its like having flies on your windscreen or spot before your eyes a real pain.
Anyway back to todays card this was created with the Pink Gems free digi image and I have coloured it with my copic pens and cut out with my Nestabilitie Die No.1 and mounted on a larger one of the same design.
The base card is a 7"x 7" white card with a first mount of brown card and the papers are from Papermania and i have used two papers from the set and around the middle I have stuck a owl ribbon and attached it to the back of the first mount. The sentiment was created on my computer and printed and then cut out as shown. Its a simple layout and I hope you like the result.

The mounted image was then placed towards the top in the center, and to finish I have used three poinsetta flowers in the top left hand corner on top of some punched out holly leaves.

A Card for two little girls Lily and Lucy
I found this image on someone else's card on facebook and thought it was the right one for twins Lily and Lucy, they are 4 year old girls who belong to my dogs breeder and as they have brunette hair it was my chance to give it a go at colouring this.
The image was stamped onto white card then I used my copics to colour it, and then afterwards I used my Nestabilitie Die Labels No.1 for the image and a fancy one for the mount. The papers are from Papermania's Santa's Workshop and its been mounted on a 6"x 6" white card with a first mount of turquoise card. I have also used a snowman ribbon and some vertical sentiment from Robert Addams.

A Card for Mo's "Anything Goes" and "Angels" Facebook Challenge
Good Morning Crafters, well its supposed to have snowed or at least my hubby will have it as he found some on his car roof this morning, we also had a lot of rain and high winds, so bad that they bought down a plank of wood on the scaffolding we have around our house and neighbours at the moment, luckily it didnt hit anyone but it could have done, and theyve not been this morning so sort it out either. I ask you youd think they would want to make sure no damage was done, but no we havent seen anyone.
Anyway todays card has been created for this weeks Mo's "Anything Goes" Challenge and a "Angels" Challenge over on facebook, this is Muriel a cute angel hanging on a bauble. Ive printed her onto white card then used my copic pens to colour her, afterwards I used Nestabilitie Die Labels No.1 to cut it out and a decorative one for the mount. The sentiment is one of the Britannia dies which I have used on some red card.
The base care is a 6"x 6" white card with a first mount of red card and the papers I have used are papermania Xmas paper pack, the first a white background with red decorations on, the second is a another white background with hearts on, and the third a red background with Christmas trees on.
Ive placed my mounted image in the center with the sentiments across the bottom right hand corner.

A Card for the Sugar Bowl Challenge - "A Sketch" and Spring
Good Afternoon Everyone, well like my No.1 blog Ive been rather lapse posting anything here for a few days, but today I have a card that I created for this weeks Sugar Bowl "Sketch" challenge and for their Sugery Sunday Challenge on Facebook. Ive used this sweet image of "A walk in the Park" for my card, and coloured it with my copic and tria pens, then used a Hexagon die from Spellbinders, and used a larger one for the mount.
The base card is a 6"x 6" white card with a first mount of turquoise card and three papers from the Papermania "Boofle" paper set, the first paper is a blue background with a white heart on, the second one is a patchwork paper and the third is a brown check one side and dark brown on the other, and I have used this to my advantage on the last three mounts across the top.
I then positioned my mounted image towards the right with the sentiment below, I then popped two Candi buttons on the right top and bottom of the card, and the last thing is the brown leaf flourishes down the left handside with a punched out flower thats been stuck in the centre of the two flourishes.

Sundays with Santa - "Non Traditional"
Daft Bat, just posted this without any blurb, anyway Good Morning All, and todays card for Sundays with Santa is "Non Traditional" and as I have this image already to colour I thought Id used it for this weeks challenge, arent they gorgeous they are of course are by Mo Manning, and Ive coloured them with my Copic and Tria pens, then used my rotatrim to cut them out, I then mounted them onto a large piece of dark pink card.
The base card is a 6"x 6" white card with a first mount of the same pink card and one of the papers from the Traditional Paper set from Papermania, a bit ironic as its not a traditional colour really, but I thought it was ideal for this card. Ive then wrapped a piece of mauve sparkly ribbon around the middle and stuck my mounted image in the middle. To finish of Ive stuck a snowman button in the bottom right hand corner and a snowflake in the top left.

A Card for Just Magnolia's "Pink and Purple" Challenge
Good Afternoon All, well Ive actually managed to create a card for this No.2 Blog and I will be entering it into the Just Magnolia "Pink and Purple" challenge and any other one I can find on my travels. I dont know if youve been suffering from the rain today but its certainly been rather heavy first thing this morning but from about 11am its been dry and sunny, but the black clouds are gathering so I suspect they will bring the rotten rain back again soon, it certainly causes trouble trying to get Missy house trained.
Anyway to get back to my card, Ive used this sweet image of Tilda in her Bridesmaid dress, and Ive colured her with my copic and tria pens, then used the Heart from the Xcut new Nestabilitie dies, It was then stuck on a Heartland Die from Cherry Lynn. The sentiment is one from my stash that been mounted on a strip of mauve card.
The base card is a 6"x 6" white card and for the first mount Ive used a pink pearlescent card and one of two papers from the Henbury Lane paper set from Papermania, this first paper is a white background with pink scroll on, the second is a mauve spot one thats been cut into a 5" square and Ive used a heart border and corner punch on it, this was then layered on top of the first mount. I then used a piece of lace across the middle and threaded a strip of mauve seam binding ribbon through the holes, was then attached to the back of the first mount.
The mounted image was then stuck in the middle and a triple bow again made with the seam binding was stuck to the left of it, I also used a mauve cut out heart that was left from the mount and stuck this at the top on the right with a white pearl heart in the middle. The sentiment was stuck at the bottom on the right hand side.
To finish of Ive created a spray of mauve and pink roses in different sizes on top of some punched out leaves with some silicone glue in the top left hand corner.

Santa for Sunday Card and two other Challenges
Good Morning All, sorry Ive been a bit lapse this week posting any cards its been one of those weeks, I have been making cards but I carnt post them yet due to my DT commitments, anyway for the next 3 days on my No.1 blog there will be a card a day on there and hopefully even one for today if I can get my arse into gear and finish of one Ive already started.
Anyway todays card is mainly for my weekly challenge card for the Santa for Sunday Challenge over on Facebook, if youve not seen whats going on perhaps it might be a good idea to pop across and have a look, heres the link theres no prize its just a way of collecting a stash of Xmas cards for next Christmas, anyway this weeks challenge is to create a card without Green, and hopefully this one will fit the bill, Im also going to enter it into the Bah Humbug's "Christmas Trees" and Winter Wonderland's "Baubles" and hope they will accept it for both of those as well. Anyway Ive used this image from Whiff of Joy its called "Drummer Boy" and coloured it with my promarkers, Im not so keen on these pens as the nib is so fat and Im also not sure how to get the blending right as I can with my Copics I suppose its just a matter of practicing so this is my second attempt to do that. I then cut it out with my Rectangle Nestabilitie Die and cut a larger one for the mount from a piece of blue pearlescent card, the sentiment is the first line of the song "Little Drummer Boy" and I printed it from my computer and mounted it in the same way as the image.
The card is a 6"x 6" white card with a first mount of blue card with one of two papers from the Papermania pad "Winter Wonderland" this first paper has an all over pattern of baubles and fir trees and sentiments, the second mount is a blue pattern background with just fir trees on it, this also has been mounted on another piece of the same blue card and positioned to the left of the card, I then stuck my mounted image towards the top in the middle, and the sentment at the bottom on the right.
To finish of Ive used some shrink plastic and created some baubles, coloured them, then shrunk them to a small size before sticking them down the card on the tree branches.

The sentiment is one from TLC and its free, Ive printed this also onto white card then used my rotatrim to cut it out, Ive also mounted this onto a piece of pale green pearlescent card.
The base card is a 6"x 6" white card with a first mount of green card, and one of two papers from the Papermania's "Spring Time" pack of papers, the first paper is a all over sentiment with a line of chickens down the edge, the second paper which Ive cut in a strip is a striped pattern with eggs down the bottom, this I have used a chicken border punch on both edges and stuck it down on top of the first layer, then positioned my mounted image in the middle and my sentiment at the bottom on the right hand side.
To finish of Ive used two green buttons and threaded through a green bakers twine and tied it in bows and then attached them to the top on the left hand side.
