A Extra Treat for You

Good Afternoon All, yes a second card in two days I must be crazy but I needed to make a card for this weeks Challenge over on Sundays with Santa on Facebook and this weeks theme is "Santa" and when I was looking at the image below I saw this as well and thought Arrrr this is the right one for the theme.
I printed him onto white card then coloured him with my copic pens I also used glitter on the fur and snow writer on the beard, afterwards I used Nestabilitie Labels Die No.1 to cut him out and a fancy one for the mount out of red card. The main card is a 6"x 6" white card with a first mount of red card and the papers I have used are from Kaisercrafts "Christmas Collection" and I have used three papers from the set, the first one is red background with holly bunches on and the second is a green one and the third is a beige background with what I think are Lauren sprays on but Im probably wrong.
On top I have placed my mounted image and then below I used the Papercrafts horizontal sentiment die and punched out the snowflake in the top right hand corner, I punched out three different sizes and dipped them into German Glass glitter and layered up.
The Card is to be entered in the following Challenges:-

Another card with Aurora Wings Images

Good Afternoon All, I know its a week since I posted a card but its been a real busy one for me, I had a Blog Hop to sort out for today for The Paper Shelter and you will find that on my No.1 blog if you feel like joining in with a chance to win a free digi from them. And not only this I visited my middle daughter Sarah and her family on Sunday thats over 200 miles away and Monday I spent 6 hours ironing and taking up curtains so I was really shattered yestered and then discovered that I needed to write up a Challenge Blog and my own and I had forgotten, I just hope it all works out well even with a couple of hiccups that were discovered after it went live.
Anyway todays card is with this gorgeous Auraro Wings "Poppies" image and I printed her onto white card then used my copic pens to colour her, afterwards I used Nestabilities Labels Die No.8 to cut it out and the fancy one for the mount out of red card.
The base card is a 6"x 6" white card with a first mount of red card, the paper I have used is from Kaisercrafts "Remember Me" paper pad, and then on top I have used a gorgeous doily (which I have had for longer than 6 months) which I have edged with red inkpad, around the middle is the cobweb strip and red ribbon and stuck it to the back of the first mount and created a double bow which has been stuck on the left of my mounted image.
Ive not put a sentiment on it at the moment as I think I might need it for someones birthday in the future.

Sundays with Santa "Traditional Colours"

Good Morning Crafters, well this weeks Challenge over on Sundays with Santa is "Traditional Colours" this is a weeks thing on Facebook and its a good idea to get ahead with your cards for Christmas and making one weekly soon adds up. Anyway Ive used this Edwin Santa image and coloured her with my copic pens, and cut it out with Dienamics Rectangle Dies and used a larger one for the mount.
The base card is a 6"x 6" white card and the first mount is a piece of red card, and the papers I have used are from Kaisercrafts "Twig and Berry" paper set, the first is a embossed red paper then on top is a stripe and the third is a red and gold triangle pattern paper.
I have laid my mounted image in the center and the sentiment at the bottom on the right. To finish of I cut a Poinsetta from red and green card with a Memory Box Die and moulded it with my hands and stuck it to the bottom left hand corner on some silicone glue.

A Card for several Challenges

Good Afternoon All, I had a lovely surprise yesterday morning I had this gorgeous stamp arrive from a very sweet girl Moira Haynes and this image is "Dolly Pip". Ive stamped her onto white card then coloured her with my copic pens, then used a large oval Nestabilitie Die to cut her out, and then drew around the die to create the mount. The sentiment is one from my stash and has been mounted onto another piece of red card.
This card is a 6"x 6" white card with a first mount of red card, the papers I have used is from the Kaisercrafts "Just Believe" paper pad, the first one is a cream background with swirls on the second is a check and the third a stripe. The card design is the one used for this fortnights Sugar Bowl Challenge and I have layered it up as the sketch shows.
I then positioned my mounted image in the center the sentiment down below it towards the right. To finish of I have used four poppies and some punched out holly leaves as again sketch requires.

A Card for my future Granddaugher in law

Three weeks Saturday my eldest grandson Andy will marry a beautiful young girl Laura and they will start their lives together, and I wanted to let Laura know how much she will mean to us by joining our family. Andy is one beautiful person and so is Laura and I know they will be very happy together or at least I sincerely hope they will. Laura is a fully qualified nurse and works very hard though I know they are hoping to start a family fairly quickly so I wouldnt be to surprised to hear that Im to be a great grandma in the near future. Anyway we have to send them some money as a gift and I couldnt think of anything nicer than to make her a card wishing her all the best for the 18th August, and here is the image I decided to use, its Tilda with her bridesmaid.
Ive stamped her onto white card then used my copics to colour her, and then used Nestabilitie Die Labels No.18 to cut her out, then drew around the die to create the mount which I have pleated lace all around the edge of. The sentiment is yet another of the Magnolia stamps which I thought was appropriate for the card, this has also been mounted onto pink card.
The base card is a 6"x 6" white card with a first mount of pink card, the papers I have used are Kaisercrafts "Chanteuse" Collection a very pretty set of papers, the first is a white background with flowers and leaves on, and for the second I cut a 5" square and used one of my Martha Stewart border and corner punches on it, then placed it on top of the bottom layer. I then cut a heart doily
with one of the pink papers with a Cheery Lynn Die, and then wrapped a pink organza ribbon around the middle.
The mounted image was then positioned towards the right with the sentiment at the bottom on left.
And to finish of I created a flower spray with roses, carnations and pearls in the top left hand corner.

A Card for the Sugar Bowl Challenge - "A Sketch"

Good Afternoon Everyone, well its so mild out today and weve just got back from swimming and by gum Im exhausted, that was because there was a load of strong swimmers going up and down and it made the water very choppy, as Im not a strong swimmer it took a lot of strength out of me so thats why Im completely knackered.
Anyway back today card this is for the Sugar Bowl "Sketch" Challenge, this is one of the sweet Sassy Girls, and Ive stamped her and coloured her with my copic pens then used the large oval to cut it out then used a scallop die for the mount. The sentiment is one from my stash.
The base card is a 6"x 6" white card with a first mount of blue card and one of three papers from the Kaisercraft "Utopia" Collection, the first one a blue background with a flower pattern on, the other two are a plain background with spots on in different shades of blue.
