Good Afternoon Everyone well I dont know if its cold where you are but its bitter here in Gloucestershire and I gather its the same everywhere it seems that winter hasnt totally left us that mild spell we had was to lull us into a sense of security, oh I do hope it wont stay long as Im really fed up with it and we will have to put the heating on again. Well lets hope my card cheers you up and Im going to enter it for several Magnolia Challenges Just Magnolia's "Friends", Magnolia Stamp Lovers "Tilda with Posies", Magnolia Mania "Favourite Colours" and Magnolia Down Under "Sketch" and Im hoping that this card will meet all those rules. It used this sweet image of Tilda with a posy of hearts and stamped her onto white card and coloured her with my copic pens, then used Nestabilitie Die No.18 to cut it and then used the die to create the mount by drawing around it then cutting out by hand. The sentiment is one of my stash and mounted it onto a piece of the same blue card.
The base card is a 6"x 6" white card and for my first mount is blue pearlescent card with one of three papers from the Nitwits "Hoppy Hearts" digi downloads the first paper is a white background with patchwork design flowers on, on top is a circle of blue pattern paper, then across the card Ive used a blue spot paper and along the two edges it has been punched with a border punch from Martha Stewart then on top I have put another strip of the same pearlescent card thats been passed through my cuttlebug with an embossing folder.
I then positioned my mounted image in the middle with the sentiment at the bottom on the right hand side.
To finish of Ive created a flower spray with three roses in two different colours and some punched out leaves has been arranged around the image at the top on the right hand side. And the last thing is the five pearl gems up in the top left hand corner.

A Card for Many Challenges
Good Morning Everyone, Im so sorry Ive not been around for awhile I have been busy but not had anything to post so today I thought Id try and get something that you could see, and as I have a very dear friend whos due to have a baby in about three weeks time, and she is sure its going to be a boy, so thats why Ive created this card, its not going to be easy to change if theyve made a mistake but Im sure someone amoung my family will eventually have a boy. Anyway Ive used this gorgeous Adorable baby from Sugar Nellie, Ive printed it onto white card then used my copic's to colour it, then used my rotatrim to cut him out, the sentiment is one I googled on the internet and has been printed and mounted in the same way as the image.
The base card is a 6"x 6" white card with a first mount of blue pearlescent card, with one of two papers from the DCWV Nana's Nursery "Baby Boy" paper pad, a check at the bottom and a stripped one at the top, then across the middle Ive wrapped a piece of white lace and a piece of blue satin ribbon on top, these were stuck at the back of the first mount.
I then positioned my mounted image in the middle towards the top and the sentiment at the bottom on the right, its a simple card but I hope that she likes it.

A Card for Many Challenges
Good Evening All, I hope you all enjoyed the Royal Wedding I know my hubby and I were glued to the screen to watch it, it was brilliant and Catherines dress was gorgeous I love the lace top and the pleats in the skirt were beautiful. Well heres the second card Ive posted today wont be doing any tomorrow as hubby and I are of to Abergevenny for our dinner and a browse around the shops.
I have used this gorgeous image of Tilda and Ive stamped her and coloured her with my copic and Tria pens, then used the oval Nestabilitie die to cut her out and a beaded one for the mount. The sentiment is one of the Magnolia stamps as well, this was cut out with the small labels No.4 and I drew around the die to create the mount for it.
The base card is a 6"x 6" white card with a first mount of blue pearlescent card and one of three papers from the Nitwit Downloads "Promises" paper set, a all over white background with butterflies of several colours, on top is a strip of blue background with white flowers on and Ive used the Butterfly Border punch from Martha Stewart, then on top is the last paper a white background with multi coloured flowers on. I then wrapped a piece of lace around the middle with a strip of blue satin ribbon at the top. I then made a double bow with some seam binding and this was then stuck at the right handside, with a button with yet another bow tied through the holes.
The mounted image was then positioned in the middle with the sentiment at the bottom on the right, I then punched out a butterfly and this was stuck at the top on the right, I have laid a strip of gems down the middle of it, and then around the beaded oval to. The final touch is the spray of five roses which have been stuck to the card with silicone glue and punched out fern leaves.

A Card for two Challenges
Good Afternoon All, so sorry this poor blog has been rather ignored since the weekend Ive had lots of Challenges to sort out, so I thought it was time to post a card, and have created this one for the Lili of the Valley Challenge "Say it with Flowers" and Creative Craft's "Lace" Challenge. Ive used this sweet fairy with her dandelion bits and wild roses for my image and coloured her with my copic pens, the Nestabilitie Ive used on this is one the special Edition ones from C&C, Ive then used the same die to create the mount by drawing around it onto mauve card then cutting it with my scissors. I did use some mauve inkpad around the edge then a swirl stamp just to give it a bit more mistyness. The sentiment is yet another of the LOV images and this has been treated in the same way as the mounted image.
The base card is a 6"x 6" white card then for my first mount Ive used a piece of mauve pearlescent card with one of three papers from the Kay Miller's "Wings" downloads digi sets, the first is a plaid design, and then two strips of mauve and green that have had the edges punched with a butterfly punch, I should have said that these two papers have butterflies on. On top of this is a strip of mauve card and this has been put through my cuttlebug and a embossing folder.
Around the middle I have wrapped a piece of lace and then a strip of mauve satin ribbon and attached it to the back of the first mount. The mounted image was then positioned in the middle and for a change the sentiment is on the left hand side at the bottom. To finish of Ive used one large curly rose in white and mauve in the top left hand corner mounted on some silicone glue and punched out leaves.

Penny Black Saturday Challenge - "Pretty in Pink"
Good Afternoon Ladies, this afternoons card has been created for this weeks Penny Black Saturday Challenge "Pretty in Pink" and Ive used this cute image for my card isnt she a cutie (she has a border of hearts on her umbrella and collar) I stamped her onto white card then coloured her with my copic pens, then used Nestabilitie Labels Die No.1 to cut it out, then drew around the die to create the mount, the sentiment is one I created on my computer this was also mounted on some pink card.
The base card is 6"x 6" white card with a first layer of pink pearlescent card with one of three papers from Donna's Bearlymine Digi Papers, the first one is a very pretty butterfly and dragonfly one which you will find in the post below, and the two other papers are two shades of pink on which Ive used a butterfly border punch down the edges these were then layered on top of each other, and a pink satin ribbon was wrapped around the middle and attached at the back of the first mount.
The mounted image was then stuck to the right hand side and the sentiment at the bottom on the left. Ive punched out two corner pieces with my Marianne dies, and the last thing Ive done is create a flower spray with some different size roses and then were attached to the card with some silicone glue and punched out fern leaves.

A Card for Crafters Companion Challenge - "Romance"
Good Afternoon Ladies, Ive already posted on my other blog Nannieflash, but thought I ought to post this card as well on this my second blog, I was lucky enough to win a top three position with my last Crafters Companion Card and was absolutely thrilled at that. Anyway this months challenge is "Romance" and Ive used this lovely Popcorn image with his lady wife and soufle the duck, Ive stamped it onto white card then coloured it with my copic pens, I then cut it out with my rotatrim and mounted it onto a piece of pink card. The sentiment is another from the same set of stamps and mounted it in the same way as the image.
The card is a 7"x 7" white card and Ive used a pink card with one of three papers that Ive used from Crafters Companion Popcorn Romance Cd, the first paper a bouquet paper on which Ive used a heart corner punch on each of the corners, on top of this I have placed a strip of yellow pattern paper with soufle on, this paper and the top one a heart pattern on pink base the heart border punch that compliments the corner one.
Around the middle Ive wrapped a piece of lace and a dark red satin ribbon and attached it to the back of the first mount, I then positioned my mounted image in the middle and the sentiment at the bottom on the right hand side. I then created a spray of roses, cherry blossom and punched out fern leaves which were stuck to the card with silicone glue in the top left hand corner.
